QUESTIONNAIRE*

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Life is sacred and a gift from God. This is another human being's life at stake.

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Choose not to answer

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

Exceptional situations, and medical conditions including a mother's life is in danger

Does the federal government have a role to play in limiting abortion, and if so what federal steps and/or federal legislation would you support?

ROE v Wade was a landmark victory. We have killed over 60 million babies! Federal government should be encouraging morality in schools which also includes being a role model for the society; that way, limiting abortions.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Separation of church and state doesn’t shut down our debates over religion in the public square; it guarantees the freedom for us to respectfully have those debates. Faith is worth talking about in many places in American culture. The concept of a separation of church and state reinforces the legal right of a free people to freely live their faith, even in public; without fear of government coercion. Free exercise means you may have a faith and you may live it.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

Our foreign policy needs restructuring. America’s MIGHT is being questioned due to the failed foreign policy that we have under the current administration. We were made to look bad when we ran away from Afghanistan. The current ongoing wars may not even have happened if we still had a Republican Congress and President. Being an immigrant to the United States, and a student of foreign policy, once in Congress I will make sure that our foreign policy is given priority.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Did not answer

What are the causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention?

There is a complex mix of factors contributing to the military's recruitment issues, including adapting its messaging to a younger target generation more engrossed in modern technology and stories of supposed "woke" marketing hurting recruitment, as well as an economic outlook . The Army expects to recruit 55,000 new soldiers in 2023, 10,000 short of its goal. The Air Force also expects a 10,000-person shortfall, and the Navy expects to be 6,000 shy of its goal.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Vaccines should not be mandated. It is up to the individual whether to get vaccinated or not.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

There’s a proposal in the process with the Federal government which will slash $870 billion from Medicare, especially, for the home health industry. This will reduce the medical benefits of our senior citizens ! It will increase their premiums considerably! Once in Congress, I will make sure that such basic benefits of our geriatric population are not taken away.

ECONOMY

What actions would you take that would allow Americans to retain more of their income and wealth?

We need to stop sending money to the Russia-Ukraine war. It's the Americans' hard-earned money. Focus should be on America First, manufacturing within the United Sates. Inflation check and making economy better should be the focus.

Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.

Strongly Agree

Loan forgiveness is unfair to Americans. Those who did not go to college are among the taxpayers liable for the debt of those receiving forgiveness. Those without a college degree are not alone in shouldering this liability. Canceling student loan debt may also result in higher interest rates .

Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?

No

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

We need to secure our border and complete building our border wall. Along with the influx of illegal immigrants, we are witnessing record numbers of human trafficking, smugglers, terrorists coming into our country. There’s a record inflow of Fentanyl into our state including District 32. This is unacceptable and needs to STOP!! As a member of the U.S. Congress I will ensure this is taken care of with immediate effect!

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Agree

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Agree

Billions would be saved if DOE was abolished. The report says eliminating the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services would save $4 billion over time, while taking away the Office of Postsecondary Education would cut $2.1 billion

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

No

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

VALUES

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

Strongly Agree

Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I put God first place. We need to save our country by inculcating the sacred, scriptural and spiritual values back into our society.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Agree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Choose not to answer

EQUALITY

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

All races are equal. We should not focus on teaching CRT in our schools. Rather, focus should be on getting them better in reading, grammar, science, mathematics and so on.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Disagree

God has created biological men and women. Only biological women compete in women’s sports.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Disagree

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
