QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
This issue is one for states to decide, not the federal government. As a candidate for federal office, my opinion is irrelevant.
Does the federal government have a role to play in limiting abortion, and if so what federal steps and/or federal legislation would you support?
No
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
What the constitution says: federal government has no business interfering with religion.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C) America has gone broke pretending to be an empire. While America is safer having the ability to project kinetic military power to stop aggressors before they can reach US shores, there is no peer competitor with anything near that ability. War is not to be a racket. America should project its power by living up to American values abroad as at home and by conditioning access to the American market on friendly behavior. Exporting bombs makes more enemies than friends.
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
No more or less than any other. A much smarter American than me, a general and president said in 1796: "Observe good faith and justice toward all nations. Cultivate peace and harmony with all. In the execution of such a plan nothing is more essential than that permanent, inveterate antipathies against particular nations and passionate attachments for others should be excluded, and that in place of them just and amicable feelings toward all should be cultivated."
What are the causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention?
It's intentional Stalin-style purge by mandating injection with an unapproved gene therapy and substituting partisan political loyalty in place of merit as criteria for promotion.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None. Employers are not state actors. I believe it's unconstitutional for the federal government to deputize private employers to exercise state police powers.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
D) I believe that if there was an actual free market across all states lines for health insurance and medical care, there would be no need for government to be in the market.
ECONOMY
What actions would you take that would allow Americans to retain more of their income and wealth?
Restore the constitutional power to print money and decide its value to Congress. To deficit spend, require Congress to raise funds by borrowing directly from the public and not out of thin air with the aid of the Fed. Balance budget. Lower taxes.
Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.
Neutral
If we can bail out bulge bracket banks, we can bail out our kids.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Rate of legal immigration must not exceed the rate of assimilation. At the present rate of immigration and illegal migration that means a moratorium is required. Immigration should prioritize the acquisition of skilled labor for which there is none in the U.S. and it should prioritize immigration from countries whose regimes' goal is not to conquer America or subvert its government. Of course, that also means federal law and monetary policy can't work to cause Americans already here to die off
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.
Disagree
But, policing is a state and local issue not federal. My opinion is irrelevant as I am running for federal office.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I think the right to bear arms is universal. I came from a communist country in which precisely because there was no right to bear arms, the federal government could turn tanks and cannons onto civilians with impunity and kill thousands of unarmed civilians. Any restriction to keep guns away from mentally ill people, like, the federal officials from that communist country, is a police power issue for the states. I am running for federal office so my further opinion is irrelevant.
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
The Supreme Court should be reformed to include more seats.
Strongly Disagree
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
My views are those of other Americans who escaped the tyrants and thieves of the Old World by coming to the New. God created People and endowed them with inalienable rights. We the people by voting for or against delegate some of those rights to our states for our mutual benefit and authorize states to further delegate those rights to the federal government to the extent necessary to better achieve our mutual benefit. If that fails, people can equally revoke their consent. All else is tyranny.
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To enable and safeguard the right of every person to pursue life, liberty and happiness. Government should be run at the most local level possible, starting with the individual. The power of government should be delegated to states and then federally only if the purpose to be achieved can't be accomplished at a more local level.
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No
VALUES
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
If for tax, probate or health insurance benefit reasons states want to write law to extend the economic benefits of married status to unmarried roommates, they can without engaging in war against religion.
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.
Strongly Agree
Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
Catholic. Know that humans are not the Creator, the Creator is the Creator. Do unto others as you would have done unto you.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
Insane idea that only Old World feudalism restorationist can dream-up. The United States is the United STATES. The electoral college is there so that every state has a say in the composition of the federal government deputized by the states to do certain things on their behalf that they can't do by themselves, like, common defense, free internal market and common foreign policy. The constitution doesn't say the most populous states get to tell the rest how to live.
EQUALITY
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.
Strongly Disagree
Even if so, it's unAmerican to unreasoningly jump to the conclusion that the solution is more government, more forced wealth transfer, more bureaucracy.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Natural gas. Until, without the interference of government or globofascism, the cost of extracting and refining hydrocarbons is more expensive than generating electricity some other way the world won't stop using hydrocarbons to do so.
