Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

I will work to eliminate all Federal funding of abortion providers.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
I am pro-life because i simply believe that every human life is a gift from God and must be equally valued and protected. In the United States, life is our first unalienable right and our highest duty to protect.
Does the federal government have a role to play in limiting abortion, and if so what federal steps and/or federal legislation would you support?
We have a great challenge in our nation right now. Segments of our society have so devalued human life that it will take generations to restore the proper love and respect for others. Congress can act to insure that Federal funding of abortion is eliminated and require Federal agencies and policies to respect life. As states develop consensus on limiting late-term abortions, Congress can codify that consensus into Federal law and lead our nation to a renewed commitment to life.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
"Separation of church and state" is a fabricated term that has been primarily used to promote an atheistic society. On the subject of religion, the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution states "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;" This is a narrowly defined role that the Federal government shall not establish one religion or restrict the free practice of any religion.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

This is in direct violation of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution as it prohibits the free exercise of a person's faith.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
As the world witnessed the shocking October 7 attack on Israel by Hamas and have since learned the horrifying details of these evil events, we are once again painfully reminded of our solemn commitment to stand with Israel. The United States must always remain resolute, steadfast and unwavering in our support and alliance with Israel. There has never been, and will never be, a greater ally and friend to our nation than Israel, our destinies are intertwined by faith, democracy and freedom.
What are the causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention?
The primary causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention is the Left's disdain, degradation and endangerment of our troops; woke ideology; underfunding and neglect of maintaining a strong military; lack of a clear mission when the military is utilized.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Under no circumstances should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C - but Medicaid and Medicare need to be re-examined to eliminate waste, fraud and abuse. Medicaid should be block grants to states.
ECONOMY
What actions would you take that would allow Americans to retain more of their income and wealth?
Make President Trump's tax cuts permanent, pass a balanced budget amendment, cut federal spending, reduce the debt, and repeal Biden's oppressive regulations on American industries. My message is Cut Spending, Reduce the Debt, Free the People.
Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.

I am a firm believer in a free market economy, where a government that governs least, governs best. It was true when Adam Smith wrote it 250 years ago, and it is true today. Government should not be allowed to pick and choose winners and losers in the markets or use the market for social engineering.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

From 2002-2009, I served as Regional Administrator for the U.S. General Services Administration. Part of my job was to help manage the border stations and provide equipment and resources to our border patrol agents, who risk their lives every day. Once we finish the wall, there will be increased pressure on the border stations and border agents. I will once again work with CBP and local law enforcement to pioneer the next generation of equipment and resources to properly secure our borders.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Legal immigration is an important and vital part of America's history, and future. We must modernize and root our legal immigration process in a merit-based system that respects all who love of our great nation and desire to make it their home. As a nation built by immigrants, we value hard-working, liberty loving individuals and famillies who are committed to the prosperous future of our country.

The 2nd Amendment not only protects all of our other rights, but also deters foreign invaders from attacking our great nation. Even when our government has been viewed as weak, our nation and its citizens have always been regarded as strong. Our right to keep and bear arms has now become our obligation to preserve and protect our Republic, and it shall not be infringed.
