I believe “separation of church and state” means government stays out of the church—not that faith is pushed out of public life. That phrase is not in the Constitution. What is in the Constitution is the First Amendment, which prevents the federal government from establishing a national church and protects the free exercise of religion.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. I believe private, market-driven healthcare should be the primary system, with Medicaid and Medicare preserved for seniors, the disabled, and the truly vulnerable, and reformed to reduce waste and fraud.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

I believe in peace through strength—maintaining a strong military and clear deterrence—while being selective, strategic, and realistic about foreign involvement. America should defend its interests, support allies, and confront threats when necessary, but avoid open-ended nation-building or interventions that lack clear objectives and accountability.
