Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
None
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.
Strongly Agree
On the basis of my beliefs, I'm not for any type of abortion drugs. However, I also believe that education of the risk, outcomes, process, and overall safety concerns are paramount for any medical decision and should be required both before and reporting after any such abortion procedure be done.

ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Free enterprise with minimum government regulations. This is to include all aspects of education as well. School choice vouchers where tax payer dollars are going to private institutions; public and private schools should be regulated and held to the same standards. This is what makes free and fair trade in a capital market work.

What is your position on the minimum wage?
Minimum wages and inflation are used to strangle small businesses. If an individual doesn't want to work for a certain amount then they should not agree to take the job. Businesses will eventually self correct if they can't get people to work.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
None- I believe this would be an abject violation of the first amendment.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Again, I believe this would be an abject violation of the first amendment. We can not force "free markets" to serve everyone, as that defeats the purpose of freedom of choice and freedom of religion. If I don't want to serve you, I should reserve that right just like you should not be forced to be a customer of only my business.

Should religious schools which accept state funds be allowed to only admit families and students who agree to adhere to their statement of faith?
Yes
Ultimately, this comes down to faith equals believed truth. If education is for the purpose of informing based on believed truths (ie. my statement of faith) and the student does not agree to this, then the student would in fact be trying to change the school's believed truths. Never would a student be allowed to force an instructor of a public school to change their syllabus, nor a school's code of conduct, both of which are forms of believed truths and use state funds.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C) I do believe a very basic healthcare option for the elderly and the most impoverished individuals should be made available, in addition to those with certain disabilities. However, I also believe that for a capitalist market to be healthy we have to incentivize individuals to strive for self-actualization not government dependency.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes, the US relationship to Israel is very important. I believe this to be true, as the Jewish faith and our Christian faith are intertwined and the foundation of our democracy. We have to stand with a united front to protect our way of life and protect democracy in that region.

EDUCATION
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.
Agree
The current law falls short, as public schools are regulated to a degree that there is unfair competition between the public and private schools. If taxpayer funding is going to follow the students, the regulations and standards to receive funding should be the same across the board. Additionally, I believe this jeopardizes the tax payers investments into the public school infrastructure. Non-equal regulations and too many students leaving public schools will only get worse.

No healthcare diagnosis or treatment, whether mental, reproductive, or otherwise, should be given to a child without first receiving written consent from the parent unless an emergency situation arises risking immediate death.
Strongly Agree
Parents are the guardians and are legally responsible adults for all other laws and should also be in the cases of all medical situations as well.

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.
Strongly Agree
Under no circumstance should a child be allowed to have any sort of sex change. Any form of "grooming" should be considered child abuse and those involved should be held accountable.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
My foundation of truth comes from the Holy Bible: God created earth, men & woman, & all that is in it. He made us perfectly for a purpose He ordained & we as His children are here to do His work & reflect His glory. As I have traveled the world and seen His creation & His people from all walks of life, I believe that we have been given favor & have but one chance to do good with it & honor Him. I believe in the sanctity of life & marriage, protection of our family values & heritage in order that it can be passed on to future generations. I believe in limited government, right to bear arms, freedom of religion, capitalism, public education for reading, writing, & arithmetic only. I believe God should be restored to our courts & schools.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING
Voting absentee by mail ballot should be limited to those meeting at least one of the following criteria: 1) 65 years of age or older on Election Day, 2) sick or disabled, 3) expecting to give birth within three weeks before or after Election Day, or 4) confirmed to be absent from the county of registration during voting.
Strongly Agree
The only thing I slightly disagree with is the vague aspect of sick and disabled. I think both should be medically relevant and have some form of doctor verification that has to be submitted with the request for an absentee ballot. I'm for free elections, but the integrity of the vote must be protected and requires a backstop, not just a free for all.

EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Absolutely racism is a threat to the U.S. domestic security. However, I believe this to be true on both fronts; actual true racism and the cry of racism that is not really racism. Ultimately, people are predisposed to prejudice and that can only be overcome by exposure to truth coupled with fair and impartial laws. That is why lady justice is blindfolded. I believe that one of the biggest threats to perceived partiality is defined immunity.

ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
I believe the basic purpose of federal government is to regulate interstate and global commerce, provide national protection of our borders and threats of war. The basic responsibility of state government is to provide for infrastructure support, regulate laws of state commerce, provide and support the protections of the people rights as defined in the constitution, administer and manage the state budget, and ensure that federal government is doing its job and not overreaching.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
While I personally define myself as conservative, I believe the basic idea of the term has evolved over the years and some do not value the ideals of true conservatism. I believe that new is not improved, less is better, individual rights over big government, 1st and 2nd amendments are paramount in our constitutional rights, and that we do have duty to hold ourselves accountable to a standard locally, federally, and globally in order to preserve our republic.

2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I do not believe in restricting individual rights in order to protect public safety. I believe the idea of restricting guns is a fallacy when it comes to protecting the public. Ultimately, I believe that we have a drug & mental health crisis across the nation that is the biggest threat to public safety and that instead of focusing on restricting gun ownership we should be focusing on getting people with drug addictions & mental health needs the help the require.
