Under extreme circumstances when the life of the mother is at risk.

Yes. The most important ally in the middle east. It is a battle between good and evil. Not only do we share the same culture and values, Israel is on the front lines of that war. As the Bible teaches us, "Bless Israel, and you will be blessed."
