What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Freedom OF religion does not mean Freedom FROM religion. This country was created on a foundation of faith in God and that faith is what made us the greatest nation on earth. While we should not and may not try to force our faith and religion on anyone, those who do have faith must remain free to exercise and display that faith without restriction.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
Government programs are causing serious distortions in our healthcare system but society is not able to manage the disruption eliminating them would cause. We should, however, aggressively explore and encourage alternative systems for providing care. For example, direct care providers are a fast growing type of medical provider who avoid the expenses and regulation involved in dealing with government programs and private health insurance and, as a result provide care for a fraction of the cost
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

The U.S. Department of Education is an organization dedicated to imposing liberal ideologies on every student in America. Despite the Federal government's best efforts, Texas is innovating and building an educational system that harnesses the best of public and private education that will be the envy of the country. We do not need federal bureaucrats attempting to interfere and thwart our efforts.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Through grants and "cooperation" agreements, foreign governments have embedded themselves into every aspect of our education system. They are not only influencing our curriculum, they are also stealing our research and technological advances. This truly is an urgent threat that must be stopped immediately.

Those who immigrate from other civilizations should be free to exercise their beliefs, but they should not be free to try to teardown and replace our society.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None. There are an estimated 360 million guns in the U.S. Any attempt to confiscate or restrict the rights of law abiding citizens will leave those citizens incapable of defending themselves from evil-doers who will most definitely continue to be armed. I would much prefer to be in a large group of citizens where some are armed. There is no way for unarmed victims to protect themselves in a mass shooting incident.
