Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
None, I am Pro Life and believe in life at conception.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

It is a travesty that Biden and the Democrats allow abortion drugs to be OTC and there is no real proof of age, medical need, true home address for shipping, or anything and that any 13 year old girl can order this regimen without ever receiving medical attention, counseling, or any support whatsoever.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

The United States of America is one of the only historical civilizations that was formed under the basis of God. In the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness the "aid in dying" laws contradict the basic premise of the Declaration of Independence. It is against God's will and our Constitution.

Under NO circumstance. Period. The First Amendment establishes Freedom of Religion.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

It is accurately reported daily and, inch by inch, they continue to work their way into each sector of our government and businesses.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes, it is highly important and I support Israel’s right to defend itself against Hamas and other terrorist organizations. I have several friends from Israel, and have for a long time. I am a recent financial supporter of Israeli war related causes and will continue my support.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
I do not believe that healtcare is a basic right guaranteed by the government. While I believe in a basic framework for the needy and elderly, I believe that both Medicaid and Medicare are in drastic need of reform and I do not believe in any other taxpayer funded programs.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Being a lifelong, serial entrepreneur and private land and ranch owner, I am strongly in favor of the Free Enterprise system. Our government intervenes far too much into these rights. All non-free enterprise systems, historically and world-wide, have continued to fail.
What is your position on the minimum wage?
Having created over 1,000 jobs in my local community, I disagree with the government telling us how much we can pay our employees. Drastically increasing minimum wage will actually kill our economy and our economy.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
Absolutely not! The direct and indirect costs of this being government mandated have proven to be seriously inflationary and caused many businesses to fail. Having owned companies that built hospitals and schools, I have personally seen and felt the effects of this in the area of ESG and other areas.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

I am completing this survey from my ranch that is on the Texas border, just across from the Eagle Pass crossing point. It is obvious that Biden's catch and release policy is driving 10,000 people (or more) daily across our border and has created a new industry for the cartels. The human trafficking must end immediately, the border closed to anyone without a US Passport or Visa for at least 6 months (to stop the flow of people being brought in) and a barrier must be constructed. EDUCATION
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

School choice has been proven, over and over, to be an effective tool in both allowing parental freedom and improving the public schools in the inner cities due to competition. Public shools, of which I am a product in Waco, TX, have declined significantly.

As a long time friend and supporter of many policemen and law enforcement officers, I stand with their beliefs that our law enforcement needs more direct funding in order to strictly enforce law and order.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Zero. The more sane people that own, and carry, guns, the less violence we will have. It is proven over and over throughout time. I am 100% 2nd Amendment and believe that it gives us the right to carry as well.
