Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
No circumstances comes to mind that an "elective abortion" be allowed.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

This is another "elective abortion" procedure, put in the hands of a none medical professional. Where abortion and Pharma is concerned; I'm opposed that these drugs exist. Because these drugs do exist; the mother should consult with her doctor before consuming a drug or chemical that will poison her womb, or herself; however, her medical records are private, and should remain between her and her doctor.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

There are no circumstances that government is allowed to close our churches. The Constitution of the United States and the Texas Constitution guarantee this Right. Our churches are suppose to be the center of our communities.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes, we are a Christian Nation, Israel is a Jewish Nation, Christ is a Jew, Christ is the foundation of Christianity, and Israelis are God's people. Israel is home of Christianity. Israel is a strategic strong hold in the middle east region, and that has a military advantage, too.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
People want socialized medicine; they should join the military, serve honorably, and register with the VA for their benefits. VA Benefits, primarily is medical benefits for life, and VA Benefits should never be altered. Regarding Medicaid and Medicare; there is reason to provide medical benefits to elderly, retired who have paid into the Social Security. Perhaps Temporarily for U.S. citizens without healthcare; who have fallen on hard times,and fallen lame. Preferably, to contributors of SSA.

There is no circumstance that mandates and edicts are acceptable.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

What is your position on the minimum wage?
Minimum wage should not be a burden on the employer nor employee. Minimum wage should not be subject to FICA. Increasing minimum wage only hurts the employee by elevating their income level, but does not elevate their quality of life.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
Governance is a socialist term that means "Control". As in; established governments control of the Citizenry. If, "invest public monies" means using Taxpayers dollars to conduct business in a similar manner like a corporations or businesses then; Tax dollars should not be put into any schemes.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

I know. Texas should have secured the border years ago, too.
EDUCATION
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

School Districts, and School Boards should be dissolved. Schools use a three principal system (Principal and two vice Principals). The Parent Teacher Association should be the governing body. Parents have direct control, access, and input over the schools. PTA is oversight in every aspect: hiring, firing, curriculum, and Taxpayers' funding. The PTA in each county have elected officers, and each school a subcommittee with elected officers. Tax rebate to Parents who Home School or Private School.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

I support demilitarization of Law Enforcement, and redirecting those funds to Civil Communities programs. As long as those programs help educate Citizens to be better Citizens. To understand the Rights, Civic Duties, and Responsibilities of being a U.S. and Texas Citizen.

No infringements allowed. An Armed Citizen is a safe and secure citizen.

In a Republic form of Government: Written in our Constitution; We The People are self-governing, and we create an establishment-government to represent and administrate our day to day affairs on the State and County level. This establishment-government is to provide for the welfare of all Citizenry. Protection (Fire, Emergency Services, Police), Education (Schools, Community Center), Court of Record and Judicial System, Clean Water and Roads.

To avoid anymore governance interference; Marriage License should be renamed "Marriage Registration", and should be voluntary. This puts the burden on the churches to keep accurate records of marriage, but helps the church to reestablish being the center of our communities. The exception is in Civil Services, and then it is a record for the Circuit Court of Records.

I believe in Jesus Christ, that Jesus is my savior. What I value is God's gift of our Rights. Those Rights ordained by God, and illustrated in our Constitutions.

The Globalist agenda use racism as means to destabilize communities and countries. Democrats use racism for destabilization of communities, churches, government...ie. What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Water: Hydro-electric generators, supported by Oil & Gas powered generators as a backup system. Solar can be useful, but the technology will never be reliable source of energy, and is mostly an interesting field of study.
