Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
The Bible, the U.S. Constitution, and the Arkansas Constitution make no allowances for the killing of an unborn baby, and neither should we. No innocent person can have their life taken. In matters of medical problems, medical technology should be used to save life, not destroy it (Hippocrates). If during every effort to save the life of both the mother and the baby, one or the other doesn't survive, then he or she was lost while efforts were being made to save them not purposefully kill them.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

I don't think these drugs should ever be used. There is no safety standards at all for the baby. They are for the purpose of killing the baby.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

The right to have and maintain property is one of the fundamental rights given by God and recognized in our Constitutions. The taxation of property is one of the planks of the Communist Manifesto for it allows for the possibility of government confiscation of property. We should move toward eliminating property taxes and should start with exempting widows and Senior Citizens from this burden.

It should be kept at a true minimum and not used as a welfare tool. Market dynamics should drive wage levels.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
Absolutely not. These are all false elements of control. The global temperatures are not being affected by carbon emissions, but by the solar cycle, of which we are in the peak time of solar activity which is why temperatures were above normal this last year.

Under no circumstances.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C. But only because so many have been put into these programs and we can't just drop them all at once. Both programs are headed toward financial collapse so we must begin moving toward a different direction. People should be motivated toward self-sufficiency and churches should become much more involved in helping those who need help.

Under no circumstances. An important freedom is the right to make your own healthcare decisions and without being penalized for that decision. This freedom is codified in the laws of every state but was ignored during Covid.

Very important, because Israel is special to God in His plans to accomplish salvation on the earth. God will bless every nation that blesses Israel.

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Each state should take action to deal with illegals working and travelling through their state. If the Federal government will not do it's job then the states must take action to protect themselves.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
