QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

No circumstance whatsoever as abortion is murder.

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Strongly Disagree

As a staunch pro-life person and candidate, I do not approve of abortion in any forms, to include chemical abortion drugs.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Public funds come from tax dollars, and as a taxpayer myself, I am firmly opposed to supporting efforts to kill the unborn.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

There is no circumstance that broad scale the government is allowed by law to close churches. This is a constitutionally-protected right.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

I stand firmly opposed to any coercive efforts to include individual, legislative and judicial that would violate the constitutional rights of another.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

I would support any legislation that would make it illegal for any foreign entity or country from being able to purchase or own property in the State of Idaho, to include any partnerships with American businesses or individuals.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

As a God-fearing Christian, I believe in the words in Genesis 12:3 "I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” Meaning, it is incumbent for the US to stand as an ally with Israel, and if we do not, we cannot expect God's blessing upon our country or people.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

Option D. I stand firmly opposed to socialized (taxpayer funded) healthcare. I believe that the reason healthcare is so expensive is because of excessive government involvement and regulation. Healthcare as a service should be regulated by the principles of a free market to keep the industry competitive with regard to cost.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

As a big proponent of medical freedom, I do not support any government efforts to require vaccinations to be mandated for any reason whatsoever.

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Private property ownership has historically been the primary means for middle class Americans build personal wealth and establish financial freedom.

What is your position on the minimum wage?

Minimum wage should remain low so as to incentivize people to NOT remain in that job position but to seek better paying employment and opportunities. I oppose minimum wage hikes as it has been proven highly destructive to the small business model.

Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?

No

Firmly opposed to ESG. This formula of investing is certain to destroy a capitalist economy, and bankrupt conservative owned businesses.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

The lack of border enforcement from the Biden administration is not only causing a humanitarian crisis to grow by astronomical amounts in Mexico, Central and South America, but the consequences of unchecked illegal entry into our country will be felt for decades. All crimes (rape, murder, drugs, theft ect) will only increase in all of America, especially the states who live under the "defund the police" governmental regimes.

EDUCATION

The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

Neutral

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

Strongly Disagree

A safe community needs a well-funded law enforcement agency with constitutional officers on patrol to keep the criminals off the streets.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

There should be no restrictions on gun ownership, as such restrictions are an infringement of the 2nd Amendment.

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

Yes

I firmly believe that a law should be passed to allow funding for armed security guards at schools.

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

The proper and only role of the government is to protect the liberty and rights of the individual citizen.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

VALUES

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

Strongly Agree

Parents should have the right to make decisions for their minor children.

Strongly Agree

Parents do have the right to make decisions that are best for their children, however, this does NOT include affirming their child's gender ideology, putting them on hormone blockers or allowing genital mutilation to be performed as these medical decisions are not best for the overall mental or physical health for the child.

Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.

Strongly Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

As a Christian and conservative, I firmly believe in traditional family values. The core of society is built and maintained by the nuclear family, with marriage being between one man and one woman, with both parents being present in the lives of their children.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

As a Christian, I believe that the Holy Bible is the written Word of God. I believe that God created all men equal. I believe that a healthy and productive society requires an adherence to godly, Bible-based values and morals. Observing the 10 commandments. Loving our neighbors as ourselves.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Voting, as a general rule, should be done on one day, in person, with valid photo identification in hand. All votes should be cast on paper ballots and counted by hand. I am firmly opposed to electronic voting machines and tabulators. Absentee voting should be available on an extremely limited basis for active military stationed abroad or deployed, and handi-cap or shut-ins who have no real means of getting to a polling location.

States should join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which makes the Electoral College irrelevant.

Strongly Disagree

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism is the idea or belief that one race is superior to another. While I don't believe there is any verifiable research to conclude that white on black racism is a concern anymore, there is plenty of research to suggest a growing hatred from most minority groups in the US towards caucasians or white people and the law is not being equally applied to criminals based upon their ethnicity.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? (Select all that apply) A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. C) Stricter environmental laws undermine U.S. energy independence and deter development of reliable electricity sources. D) Climate change is real and requires urgent policy action.

Option A and C.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

I believe that nuclear power is a safe and reliable source for power generation. The US should be exploring the use of Thorium as a nuclear fuel, it has a reported half-life of 10 years, and is much more environmentally friendly.
