QUESTIONNAIRE*
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
What role should the school serve in helping a student with an unwanted or crisis pregnancy?
First the school should ensure that any help they provide is with the parents consent and knowledge. Schools should ensure the student is supported at school to have academic success and to be prepared for a productive and fulfilling life after high school.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
The Ten Commandments should not be displayed in public school buildings or court houses.
Strongly Disagree
At school, students should be able to speak freely and civilly about matters of conscience and faith, including Christianity.
Strongly Agree
Teachers should be required to instruct students on mandated curriculum even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
NATIONAL SECURITY
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes, Israel is an important ally in the Middle East and holds similar values to the United States.
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
Strong education is required to have a strong military force that leads the world in military technology and ensures national security.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Strongly Disagree
What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?
The government should fund public education as it ensures national security and prosperity for the next generation. The government should ensure that funding for education is going to the classroom and programs that directly support students.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child instead of the bureaucracy, through a program which allows parents the freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.
Strongly Agree
Yes, as a public school Trustee that has witnessed the majority of my school board provide parents no option but to leave public school due to many issues including not meeting Special Education needs, bullying, persecution of religious faith and values, and other issues concerning their child I believe that dollars should follow the child. I believe this is a complex issue that requires the right legislation and oversight.
Which type of written parental consent should be obtained before students are taught courses such as Comprehensive Sex Education (CSE)? (A) Opt-In. (B) Opt-Out. (C) None.
(A) Opt-In
Abortion and gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, should be a resource for instruction or services in the school.
Strongly Disagree
Absolutely NOT. Planned Parenthood and any other abortion and/or gender-affirming providers have no place in Texas schools.

These should NOT be in public schools so they are omitted (Critical Race Theory, Gender Identify, Political Activism, Sexuality, and Social Emotional Learning) 1. Language Arts 2. Mathematics 3. Science 4. Civics & American History 5. Vocational Learning 6. Personal Finance 7. Information Technology 8. When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
I am a thoughtful logical conservative Christian who believes in the Christian principles that our country was founded upon.
VALUES
Children have the right to be protected from sexual grooming including drag shows, explicit materials in schools and libraries, and other public venues.
Strongly Agree
I have been helping parents fight this at a local level and will continue to fight to protect students when elected to the State Board of Education.
Marriage between one man and one woman and the families they form are the foundation of civilization and are fundamental to the well-being and prosperity of society.
Strongly Agree
No healthcare diagnosis or treatment, whether mental, reproductive, or otherwise, should be given to a child without first receiving written consent from the parent.
Strongly Agree
Parental rights is a top priority for me when elected.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I have been a Christian for over 40 years. I believe in the trinity of God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. I believe Jesus is the son of God who was born, died, and was raised to life again so that I and all people could be reconciled to God the Father (Romans 5:10). I believe the holy scriptures are "God breathed" or inspired ( 2 Timothy 3:16-17). I lean on my faith daily and ask God to use me for His purpose and mission. I would want anyone reading this to know this life changing truth "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
EQUALITY
I support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
Strongly Disagree
DEI is ruining our schools and eroding the mental health of our children.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy women's spaces. Women should be protected and have the right to their own spaces without the presence of biological males. This has been an issue I have fought in my current role as a school board Trustee and will continue to fight for strong legislation and rules that protect girls and women!
