QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

I believe every human life has inherent dignity and worth from the moment of conception. I am committed to defending the sanctity of life at every stage and will fight to ensure our laws reflect that conviction.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Strongly Agree

I believe human life, regardless of how it began, deserves protection. Embryos created through IVF or other artificial means are human lives and should not be subject to purposeful destruction. I support policies that protect these lives while supporting families pursuing parenthood.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

I believe life begins at conception and support strong protections for the unborn. I recognize exceptions in cases of rape, incest, and when the life of the mother is at risk, but I oppose abortion on demand and will work to advance a culture of life in Washington.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Disagree

Taxpayer dollars should never fund abortion providers. I strongly oppose any government funding for Planned Parenthood or similar organizations and will work to redirect those dollars toward community health centers that provide care without performing abortions.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Strongly Agree

I support full enforcement of the Comstock Act. Chemical abortions carry serious health risks, and the federal government has a responsibility to enforce existing law. I oppose ignoring this statute and believe the law must be applied as written.

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Free enterprise and private property rights are the foundation of American prosperity. I will always fight to protect these principles in Washington.

People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

Strongly Disagree

I oppose raising taxes on anyone. Punishing success does not help working families. The real answer is cutting spending, shrinking government, and letting people keep more of what they earn. Higher taxes stifle investment, kill jobs, and ultimately hurt the very families politicians claim to be helping.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

Our national debt is a generational crisis and Washington has ignored it for too long. I strongly support cutting spending and holding Congress accountable to the same fiscal discipline that Florida families live by every day.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

1. Defund and eliminate non-essential programs across all federal agencies. 2. Conduct full audits of federal agency budgets to identify redundant and ineffective spending. 3. End foreign aid to countries that do not share American values or advance American interests. 4. Eliminate agencies that have overstepped their constitutional role and return power to the states. 5. Crack down on fraud and improper payments in entitlement programs.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

The First Amendment guarantees every American the right to live and work according to their faith. No individual or business should be compelled by the government to violate their sincerely held religious beliefs. I will always stand up for religious liberty in Washington.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The separation of church and state means the federal government cannot establish an official state religion or prevent Americans from freely practicing their faith. It was never intended to erase religion from public life. Our rights come from God, not government, and I will always stand up for the free expression of faith in the public square.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Strongly Disagree

The government has no business maintaining a database of Americans' private medical records. This is a serious invasion of privacy and a threat to individual liberty that I will always oppose.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

The CCP is the most significant threat facing the United States today. I support a strong, aggressive strategy to counter Chinese espionage, protect American intellectual property, secure our supply chains, and rebuild our military dominance in the Pacific.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Absolutely. Israel is our strongest ally in the most volatile region in the world. Our relationship is rooted in shared democratic values, shared intelligence, and a shared commitment to defeating radical terrorism. A strong Israel means a safer America, and I will always be a staunch supporter of the U.S.-Israel alliance.

Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.

Strongly Agree

Islamic terrorism remains a serious and evolving threat to our homeland. I support a robust counterterrorism strategy, strong border security, and fully funding our intelligence agencies to detect and disrupt threats before they reach American soil.

IMMIGRATION

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Immigration is one of the defining issues of our time. I believe in legal immigration that prioritizes merit, skills, and the ability to contribute to American society. Those fleeing genuine persecution should have a lawful path to seek asylum. I will never support open borders or rewarding those who broke the law to get here. We must secure the border and restore integrity to our immigration system.

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Strongly Disagree

Sanctuary cities are a threat to public safety and a direct challenge to the rule of law. No city or county should be allowed to obstruct federal immigration enforcement. I fully support efforts to crack down on sanctuary policies and ensure that local governments are cooperating with federal authorities to keep our communities safe.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

Education decisions should be made by parents, teachers, and local communities, not Washington bureaucrats. I support eliminating the Department of Education and returning control to the states where it belongs. I am proud to have earned the endorsement of the entire Okeechobee County School Board and the Chair of the Polk County School Board, leaders who know firsthand that Florida students thrive when parents are empowered and the federal government gets out of the way.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Agree

Foreign government funding in American education raises serious ethical concerns. When foreign governments invest in our schools and universities, they gain influence over curriculum and research in ways that should alarm every American parent. Our institutions must be accountable to American students and families, not foreign powers, and I support strong measures to ensure that is the case.

VALUES

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

Children deserve to be protected. I believe allowing minors to undergo irreversible medical procedures or social transitioning causes serious harm, and I support efforts at both the state and federal level to ensure children are safeguarded from these interventions.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Agree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian and my faith is the foundation of who I am. Growing up on the land as a ninth-generation Floridian, working the family farm alongside my wife April, I was raised to believe in hard work, stewardship, and taking care of your neighbors. Those values were shaped by my faith and they guide everything I do. I believe in the dignity of every human life, the importance of family, and that our rights come from God and not from government. I will always strive to lead with honesty, humility, and a deep respect for the values that have made this country great.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Voter ID is common sense. You need an ID to board a plane, buy alcohol, and open a bank account. Requiring it to vote is not suppression, it is basic election integrity. I fully support photo ID requirements to ensure that every legal vote is counted and every election result can be trusted.

EQUALITY

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

Protecting women's spaces and women's sports is not complicated. Biological males should not be competing against women or accessing spaces where women have a reasonable expectation of privacy and safety. I am proud that Florida has led on this issue and I will fight to codify these protections at the federal level.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

America needs an all-of-the-above energy strategy with nuclear leading the way. Combined with expanded domestic oil and natural gas production, we can lower costs and maintain energy independence.

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

Protecting children from online predators and exploitation is one of the most important things we can do. I fully support strong federal measures to hold platforms accountable and ensure our kids are safe online.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None. The Second Amendment is clear and I will always defend every law-abiding American's right to keep and bear arms. The answer to public safety is enforcing the laws already on the books, not punishing responsible gun owners.
