What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

My previous proposal—making the FED's market operations transparent real-time & unbiased—contrary to Greenspan's up-manipulation—could still conceivably work (assuming Congress developed some stones), but the inescapable problem is that "regular people" have zero cushion against financial shocks; they aren't equipped to deal w/actual free mkts; tent-families (or in shelters) will skyrocket.
HEALTHCARE

NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. Google-search on [Kanyon torpedo]; it's described on military websites.
