Eliminate ALL party affiliations on the ballots. People can still associate with each other in political parties but the "labels" are so convoluted and tortured and voters generally just votes label. With technology and "branding of candidate" geared to sound bites and black and white absolutes, many voters simply vote by label and do not examine candidates positions and even more so their ability to consider alternatives on the intricate and difficult problems government faces. No candidate is perfect with every voter on every issue. Voting party-only is the easy way out.

If Critical race theory can be taught in schools I see no reason why "Foundational Theory" can't be taught where by the traditional values and principles upon which America was founded, including a people of faith, morals and reason should not also be taught. On an even playing field TRUTH wins.

For people to think Rioting and undermining the peace and tranquility of innocent people's daily lives is a solution for injustice is just poor reasoning. On the other hand the economic disparity and need for reforms in the increasing disparate distribution of wealth.

I always apply the principle of subsidiarity to this question. Matters ought to be handled by the smallest, lowest or least centralized competent authority rather than by a higher and more distant one whenever possible. In the political realm federalism seems to fit that if the constitution were followed. The federal government shou do only those powers and acts granted expressly in the constitution. The rest are left to the states and the people (10th Amendment).

Work on repeal and reexamination of governmental overreach including reevaluation of existence and funding of the myriad of boards and commissions. Eliminate Louisiana's personal income tax. School choice compromise where money follows the child while not leaving public schools abandoned. The list is LONG.
