I don't believe that any child should be aborted at any time, but I also believe that in some situations when it's best for the mom to survive, and in the case of incest the mother should have a right to choose.

I don't think our police departments are properly funded, so I wouldn't take from them. However, we have to find ways to fund mental health and community programs as well.
