RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
None. (1) Regarding a "life of the mother exception" for abortion, treating an ectopic pregnancy or emergency pregnancy is not an abortion where there is malicious intent to murder a child. The medical staff has the intent to treat both lives, not take any life. (2) Regarding a "rape exception," while the child's means of conception was a horrendous crime against the mother and should be a capital offense, the solution is not to murder the child for the crimes of the father. Further, women who I have pastored have told me that murdering their child after the assault of rape would compound the pain and trauma that would last their whole lives.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
In Oklahoma, eliminate gross production tax, income tax (taxing people's work is unjust), and comprehensive tax reduction to first-point-of-sale tax only so that our dollars are only being taxed once.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
The size of government needs to decrease. We need to audit all agencies, eliminate extra-constitutional spending, cut fraud, waste, and abuse, and open all public-dollar budgets to public scrutiny and accountability. For instance, we need to eliminate the “Boll Weevil Eradication Organization” and turn it private.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Disagree
Per Article 13, Section 1 of the Oklahoma Constitution the Legislature is required to "establish and maintain a system of free public schools wherein all the children of the State may be educated." This has been interpreted to mean through High School, not college.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
Never, if it is a church.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Those who have contributed tax dollars for tax-payer-funded healthcare services like Medicaid and Medicare should be able to utilize those services, but the programs should be phased out in correlation to the number of years contributed by the taxpayer and cease for those younger individuals just now entering the workforce.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
There are no proven safe vaccines, so there should be no mandates, public or private.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Strengthen our military and borders. The nation that is strongest at home is most equipped to defend itself against enemies, both foreign and domestic. Yet, we must protect our civil liberties by limiting the government’s power to search and spy on citizens.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
I support the state of OK in supporting the State of TX to finish the border wall. I also support Dr. Rand Paul's BE SAFE Act that creates a fund then enumerates its authorized use for: border barriers, fencing or wall construction; enforcement, detention, and removal operations; counter-trafficking; improving ports of entry; reducing visa overstays; conducting oversight of student visa holders, refugees, and asylees; expanding trusted traveler programs; reducing immigration court backlogs, etc.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
In any given, normal situation, the USA should be open to all comers who will assimilate into the American way of life in our laws, values, and language. Immigration should be controlled by clear and just laws and enforced consistently. Screening and vetting of potential immigrants to ensure they do not pose a threat is a priority. A merit-based system would prioritize immigrants who have skills, education, and job prospects that can contribute to the U.S. economy.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Agree
Per the OK constitution, Article 13, Sec 1, "The Legislature shall establish and maintain a system of free public schools wherein all the children of the State may be educated." Constitutionally, our state is bound to provide government schools. Regarding school choice and public funding, the concern is that there must be no governmental control strings attached such that parents are able to maintain their constitutionally protected rights to oversee the education of their children.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
By God's grace, I am a born again Christian who longs to love God and my neighbor by treating them the way I would want to be treated. I believe all people have been created equal in the image of God and possess unalienable rights to life, liberty, and property. God gives us our rights, not governments. It is my joy to serve others with impartiality.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
In Oklahoma: Single-day paper ballot voting on Election Day that is manually counted. Must show a government-issued photo ID matched to the voter file. Voter roles need to be cleaned up every year or two years by the county election board, who should have access to the National Change of Address database and Social Security death records in order to clean up their own rolls and not rely on the state.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Only if continually fomented by the mainstream media and race-baiters.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
God appoints governments among people created in His image to secure God-given rights to life, liberty, and property. The purpose of government is to protect the innocent and punish evildoers by establishing equal justice under the law with retributive justice, restitution, and proportional punishment.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
As a bi-vocational pastor and businessman, my church commissioned me to take up my responsibility to love God and others by running for office to secure their God-given rights to life, liberty, and property. It is my honor to serve my community by laboring for their liberties. I have been married for 20 years and have six children for whom I long to see a better future. I’m fighting to give people their voice back while bringing morality back to government. People want the government off our backs and out of our pocketbooks. We want strong homes that build strong communities. Our governments are fundamentally broken, and we need reformation and revival not to something new but something old. The left despises our founding, and the right doesn’t esteem it. We need a framers’ mindset: reclaiming the old paths and securing the liberties of ourselves and our posterity so that generations to come will enjoy the world ordered under God’s Word in our Constitution. The kind of liberty we are fighting for is a rugged, robust, and strong liberty, willing to flex its muscle against tyrannical overreach. We need more of the old American spirit, the Spirit of 1776, that defies tyrants in order to obey God.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Disagree
I would be in favor of qualified immunity if they are adhering to the US Constitution. There are too many departmental policies that are unconstitutional and violate the rights of citizens.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The only restrictions are the ones offered in the Second Amendment of the US Constitution, and it restricts the government's ability to restrict the right of the people to keep and bear arms.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
