QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Taxpayer dollars should not be used to fund abortion providers. Public funding for women’s health and family-planning services should be directed to providers that offer those services without performing abortions.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

I support protecting unborn life. Florida already has a law in place that protects unborn life while providing limited exceptions under specific circumstances.

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

I believe every human life has inherent dignity and value and deserves protection from conception until natural death.

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Strongly Agree

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Strongly Agree

ECONOMY

What is your position on the minimum wage?

I believe wages are best determined by a strong economy, competition, and the free market. Government should focus on creating an environment where businesses can grow, create jobs, and provide greater opportunities for workers to succeed.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Free enterprise and private property rights are fundamental to economic freedom, opportunity, and prosperity.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

My priorities are increasing transparency and accountability in government spending; eliminating duplicative, outdated, and ineffective programs; strengthening oversight of contracts and procurement; reducing unnecessary regulations and bureaucracy; and requiring measurable results from taxpayer-funded programs. Government must be a responsible steward of every taxpayer dollar and focus resources on its core responsibilities.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

To me, separation of church and state means government should never tell someone what to believe or prevent them from practicing their faith. Our Constitution protects freedom of religion, not freedom from religion. Faith has always been part of the fabric of our nation, and people should never be asked to leave their faith behind when they enter the public square.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

No individual should be forced by government to violate their sincerely held religious or moral beliefs. Protecting religious liberty and freedom of conscience is fundamental to our Constitution.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

C most closely reflects my position. I support preserving Medicare and Medicaid for those they were designed to serve while maintaining a strong private healthcare system that gives patients choice and encourages competition. I do not support a government-run, one-size-fits-all healthcare system.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Strongly Disagree

Government can evaluate healthcare costs and trends without maintaining a database identifying individuals by their medical conditions. Patients' medical information and privacy should be protected.

NATIONAL SECURITY

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

The Chinese Communist Party poses a serious threat to our national security, economy, intellectual property, and critical infrastructure. America must protect our interests, strengthen our security, and reduce our dependence on Communist China.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Absolutely. Israel is one of America's strongest and most important allies in the Middle East. Our relationship is built on shared values, strategic interests, and a commitment to fighting terrorism and extremism. A strong U.S.-Israel relationship makes both nations safer. America should stand with Israel and defend its right to exist, protect its people, and live in peace and security.

IMMIGRATION

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Strongly Disagree

I strongly oppose sanctuary cities. Our laws must be respected, and taxpayer-funded resources should prioritize American citizens and those who are here legally.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

Education decisions are best made by parents, teachers, and communities closest to the students, not by unelected bureaucrats in Washington. States and local communities should have the authority and flexibility to meet the needs of their students.

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

American education should not be influenced or controlled by foreign governments. We must protect our students, academic institutions, and national interests from foreign influence and ensure transparency and accountability in education funding.

VALUES

Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.

Strongly Agree

Parents, not government, have the primary responsibility and right to make decisions regarding their children's education, health, and well-being. Government should respect and protect that fundamental role.

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

Children deserve protection from irreversible medical interventions that can have lifelong consequences. I oppose sex-reassignment procedures and other irreversible medical interventions for minors and believe our laws should put the health, safety, and long-term well-being of children first.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

I believe marriage is a sacred institution ordained by God and is the union of one man and one woman.

I support the expansion of gambling in my state.

Disagree

Florida already has established gaming options, and I do not believe further expansion of gambling is necessary or in the best interest of our state.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My faith is an important part of who I am and guides how I try to live my life. I believe in God, the sanctity of life, the importance of family, and treating others with dignity and respect. My faith has taught me the importance of service, gratitude, compassion, personal responsibility, and standing firm in my convictions while respecting those who may believe differently.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Requiring photo identification is a reasonable safeguard that helps protect the integrity of our elections and ensures every lawful vote is protected.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Government should treat every American equally under the law, not divide us or determine benefits based on the color of our skin.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

Women's sports and private spaces should be protected to ensure fairness, safety, privacy, and equal opportunity for women and girls.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Disagree

I believe we have a responsibility to be good stewards of our environment and natural resources. I support practical, science-based solutions that protect our environment without imposing costly government mandates that hurt families, businesses, or our economy.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Nuclear energy should play a major role in meeting our growing electricity needs. It provides reliable, around-the-clock power. I also support a diverse energy portfolio that strengthens reliability and energy independence.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

I am a constitutional conservative who believes in limited government, individual liberty, personal responsibility, free enterprise, strong families, religious freedom, the sanctity of life, and a strong national defense. I believe government should protect our freedoms, uphold the Constitution, and remain accountable to the people it serves.

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

NO

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

NO

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?

The primary goal of our criminal justice system should be to protect the public, hold offenders accountable, and ensure justice for victims. It should also provide opportunities for rehabilitation and a second chance for those who have served their time and are willing to become productive, law-abiding members of society.

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Strongly Agree

Protecting children from sexual exploitation and predators must be a priority. Government has a responsibility to enforce our laws, hold offenders accountable, and give law enforcement the tools necessary to protect children online.

Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.

Strongly Agree

Strongly agree. Our Constitution and laws are the foundation of our legal system. Americans are free to practice their faith, but no religious law should supersede or replace the Constitution or the laws of the United States.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I strongly support the Second Amendment and the right of law-abiding Americans to keep and bear arms. Our focus should be on enforcing existing laws, keeping firearms out of the hands of violent criminals and those legally prohibited from possessing them, and holding those who misuse firearms accountable.
