QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Rape, or Incest with MD or Police corroboration, Life (not health) of the mother with MD affidavit
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
I have tremendous sympathy for terminally ill people who are In inescapable pain, but I can’t trust government or the healthcare industry to not use it as a cost cutting measure like Canada is doing now.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Implement StayNJ legislation asap, not in 2026, with Income limit of at most $500,000
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I would have eliminated at least $ 1 billion of pork in recent budget; if local pet projects are that worthwhile then fund them locally. I would not vote to fund Universities that continue to increase tuition. I would implement means testing and work requirements where applicable, I would fight to eliminate $1 billion in tax credits to Orsted and and other offshore wind entities and I would certainly defund large partisan groups like Planned Parenthood.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Disagree
Do not agree.
iVoterGuide Notes:
Candidate notified iVoterGuide that the intended answer to this question should have been ‘Do not agree’.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
My initial response is none, but if there is a proven situation of illegality such as defrauding parishioners, sexual abuse of children, or an unsafe physical environment. Even these situations can be remedied without closure of the Church.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Minimal anywhere, should be based on complete long term and age specific studies; not emergency use authorization, with easily accessible medical, religious, and psychological exemptions.
iVoterGuide Notes:
Candidate notified iVoterGuide that the intended answer to this question should have been ‘philosophical not psychological’.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Strong Borders, strong partnerships with our allies, and a strong national defense.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
It should be a merit based system similar to New Zealand or even Canada, with fair consideration given to true, fully vetted refugees fleeing violence, religious persecution etc
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
I was blessed to have been homeschooled the last couple years of High School. Would support recently written legislation opening up public school extra curricular activities especially sports and music/arts to the homeschooling community.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Agree
I do agree, and when we were fighting this battle in NJ, I supported civil unions. Now that “marriage equality “ is established federally I wouldn’t seek to repeal it on a state level.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am an evangelical Christian, I am saved by grace through faith. My spiritual values drive my behaviors and decision making process. I believe it is imperative that one must have a belief and respect for a Higher Power and a heart for service to be a suitable public servant to this great State and Country. It drives me to fight tor our Rights and Liberties while keeping me kind and humble enough to care and advocate for “the least of these “.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Photo ID, return to absentee voting only for a verified reason, limit early voting to 2 days, paper ballots WITHOUT Sharpies/bleed through, no ballot harvesting, bipartisan access during entire process after close of polling places.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
I think racism will always will be an issue on some level due to our country’s history, but I think we’ve learned that racism works both ways and can create “domestic violence” like we saw during the 2020 BLM/Antifa riots, it is also being fed by political and media rhetoric and curriculums influenced by CRT,1619 Project, etc. We are also seeing new racial issues arising as a result of unchecked illegal migration without thoughtful integration.
iVoterGuide Notes:
Candidate notified iVoterGuide that the intended answer to this question should have been ‘violence/terrorism, not domestic violence’.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A) cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. But also, as is the case with EV’s and offshore wind, we are finding faulty science that’s financially driven is actually doing more harm to our Earth by killing marine life, birds and bats, tourism and fishing industries. EV’s rely on infrastructure that we don’t have, expensive batteries that are a fire hazard and can’t be recycled and they force us to use rare earth minerals from China, using slave labor and again, more pollution.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To provide a framework of safety and security both nationally and locally, infrastructure, basic safety net programs, Protect our Rights and Freedoms as established in our Constitution; not continue to erode them.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative

No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I am a conservative with a soft heart but a spine of steel!! I will fight to support Law Enforcement, Election Integrity, 2nd Amendment, Seniors and Veterans, Parental Rights and Family Values. On the softer side, I will advocate for people with disabilities and special needs, those struggling with mental health and addiction issues, patients rights alongside safe staffing for nurses. I’ll work to protect the unborn as well as for women and maternal health. Finally, we are stewards of this Earth and all the creatures on it. I will support responsible environmental policy, wildlife/fisheries and forest management plans. I look forward to responding to questions and concerns.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Disagree
I believe Mental Health professionals and some of these programs have a time and place, but not the way this administration is moving forward with it.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Felons, Handguns for citizens under 18, peoples who have been specifically determined to be a danger to themselves or others by medical professionals or law enforcement, but that should not be a permanent restriction. Not Red Flag laws.
