RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I don’t think abortion should be allowed. I don’t think a persons value is based on how they are conceived. I do think the federal and state funding is the originating issue along with who founded the organization and their underlying purpose. My main concern for New Jersey people is them going to black market places to get an abortion done.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Property Value Averaging is one place to start. Each municipality is responsible for not exceeding budgetary levels beyond the taxpayer’s approval. Much of new major expenses should be decided at the voting booth in each municipality. However the idea that wealthier communities send more funds to Trenton then less prosperous communities is not a way of lowering taxes in fact it is discriminatory and a formula for waste. Property taxes should be determined on an average of land and structure value, the word is average. Each Business, Homeowner or Landowner must bear the burden of tax increases by challenging their Municipal budgets and state wide costs for labor and services including teachers’ salaries, structural additions and administration costs. Everyone must pay their fair share no matter where the property is located. A NJ Department of Treasury State Account should be established for an aggressive property rebate program. This account should be funded by cutting waste and bloated deficits on state programs and services. Full budgetary transparency should be supported. The rebates standard should be set proportionately and based on existing taxes levels in each municipality low to high with rebates staring at $1,000.00 through to $2,000.00 yearly. Rebate reductions or increases would apply when increases or decreases occur on the municipal level, leaving the decision in the hands of the property taxpayers. I also like the Alaska dividend reimbursement model that invests a percentage of its funds in stocks and mutual funds then passes those profits back to the taxpayers at a whopping $3,500 – $4,500.00 as a yearly rebate. In New Jerseys’ case, to curb property taxes. The Pro-Active “Contract With 37” Team believes there are unlimited financially creative methods to lower property taxes that continue to be ignored by a Democratic Governor and State Legislators.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I plan on doing audits. I have a company that can do electrical audits and have good results. That is just one example. The state in general is being over taxed by 3 billion dollars in surplus per year, and then Murphy calls it his money.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Disagree
If they are in the business they should know what they are signing up for and then not complaining after the fact. And I also disagree that anyone should do something against there religious beliefs if they choose not to.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
The question is a little like short handed. If a church winds up getting investigated for crimes then by all means the government should shut it down.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
B
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Since this question is here because of COVID/CORONA Virus. I am very sorry for those who have take the shot and then regretted it. There is tons of information coming out. And with China Joe in there nothing will happen federally in retribution. So I do not think anyone should be coerced.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
When you are talking about war and strong military and eradicating terror, it is Republican Executive leadership you should be looking for.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
I like to use this example. If you look at the border of Egypt and Israel. I understand Israel has their fence going ten feet into the ground with sensors that detect if there are tunnels being built under. That is the reason why Trump said he would like to spend a lot more money per mile.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
The problem really is not who. Unless you are from a terrorist no fly zone. It is how, and legally through or systems and parameters we have in place and can review and shape better.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Choose not to answer
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Neutral
Well this was what gay rights was about. It was about if a man and a man or a woman and a woman could get married. In USA, the reason why our economy is the strongest is because people move around. During covid when NY required vaccinations there was a Global Summit going on hosted in major cities around the world. Since I would not be able to go into the NY location I went to DC to prosper. As long as they do not go breaking the laws after.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I have studied religions from all over the world. I am a Messianic Roman Catholic.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Agree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
3 answers: 1 is get rid of Dominion completely. The other is: have law record all the issues that happen with malfunctions during elections with the machines like the primaries there where lots of issues that would lead to bigger problems during a busy election day. Since these issues are recorded they would have to be fixed. I also suggest we start using new viable secure tech to also take some load off of Dominion.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Ignorant racism is a threat because it leads to threats and sometimes violence. There really should be no room for racism in the modern society we are in now.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A i my answer. THE EPA does a good job and also does a bad job, so there should be good oversight to see what is really fair and what is not. I have worked with people who helped EPA make rules, and they where genius people who where able to create repository's for nuclear waste. Which is why I have a simple first statement.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Neutral
Both are very different processes.A very good mention is: I am friends with Michael Pickens. T Boone Pickens' son. In case you do not know who Boone is; he led the country in an energy efficiency plan from 2008 - 2017. Unfortunately Boone is not with us anymore. This country has a lot of Natural Gas and I think we should tap into it. Create jobs and wealth for the American people. Not like Murphy off shoring profits. I have the connections to make things happen with Michael Pickens.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Choose not to answer
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Disagree
This question is strange.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The restriction on fun ownership is that people can have them to be publicly safe.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
If that ever happened, I guess we would be able to sue spoon makers for making people obese too?
