QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Abortion should be allowed within the first eight weeks of pregnancy and to save the life of the biological mother, if necessary,

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Disagree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

The tax code must be amended, removing tax exemptions (i.e., FICA exemption) for Visa holders, irrespective of whether the individual returns to their home country or requests to stay in the United States. This will substantially increase the amount of funds available and contributed towards Social Security and Medicare for U.S. citizens. The number of nonresident aliens who have not, and are not, contributing towards our programs can supplement the deficit we face. Understanding the individuals may not benefit from the programs should they return to their home country, they are utilizing our country's resources, therefore, they should also pay the taxes associated with the country providing said resources. A second recommendation would be to amend the code to include a flat percentage of personal income tax, changing based on income levels. This substantially reduces the administrative burden of budgeting (both for civilians and agencies) with estimated withholding amounts, as withholding currently fluctuates based on individual income and circumstances. The amount of personal income tax (determined at time of filing) can fluctuate based on assets, liabilities, etc., but a flat annual withholding amount throughout the year due to employment income can assist all. Third recommendation to the code would be to increase the incentives for employers creating jobs. These can be short term or long-term incentives, because creating jobs for our communities should be rewarded. Artificial intelligence will eliminate the amount of employment opportunities available to everyone as it progresses. Therefore, incentivize job creators and increase opportunities for civilians during the short time we have left.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Welfare reform is needed. Programs must assist and encourage, without the ability to abuse and utilize taxpayer funds as a full-time career option. Assistance is needed at times in anyone's life, and disabilities diminish potential options, but a full audit and reform of our program(s) is mandatory for budgeting purposes as well as boosting morale and self-value. We must also reduce the amount of financial aid distributed to countries not aligned with our policies and in allegiance with the U.S. The formation of BRICS must mandate a reevaluation of allegiances and assistance provided to countries similar in kind. This entails ensuring the elimination of threat, in any form, and the use of our resources against us.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Disagree

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Separation of church and state is still in effect as well as our constitutional right to freedom of religion. Due to these factors, there is no debate that one can rule / overrule the other. With that said, the government must complete their due diligence, whereas a church must follow strict and specific guidelines to be classified as such for tax exemption purposes.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Vaccinations should not be mandated under any circumstances, but yet available for those who choose.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

The U.S. must show zero tolerance towards terrorist states of all kinds, this includes flexing and forcing our financial and military power to fight against terrorism.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
