QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
For the life of the mother
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Disagree
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
If the State is taking in more than it needs, those excess funds should find it's way back to the taxpayer
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
It would depend on the agency. The Virginia Employment Commission lost an enormous amount of tax payer money during Covid from false claims. I would like to see a review of various departments and agencies for fraud waste and abuse.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Neutral
Normally not for colleges and universities. However, the state is in dire need of mental health workers and counselors. I would support an initiative to fund the education of such individuals in exchange for five years of service in a public mental health facility like a community service board.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
The Supreme Court has already made that decision.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
Under NO circumstance, since it is a violation of the First Amendment.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Under no circumstances since it has been shown that those who have taken the Covid boosters have been Harmed. I lost two family members as a result of these mandatory vaccines.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
First stop illegal border crossings. Without a secure border, there is no possible way to know who has entered the country. I currently do not see a clear path to eradicating terrorism. But I support a strong military and intelligence community to deal with foreign terrorism only where it concerns our nation's interest.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Anyone who is willing to follow current federal laws.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Disagree
There are already laws on the books that protect someone safety.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
However, the Supreme Court has already changed the definition.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I have a biblical worldview and ascribe it to having a sense of right and wrong/good and evil. I look at what is being propagated to the people of this country and hold up the results and determine what has been done to our community, good or bad.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
If I need an id for everything else, why shouldn't something as important as voting have the same rule? Getting an id is reasonably straightforward from my experience at the DMV.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
All votes must be counted on the day of the election. Reduce the 45 days before Election Day (in-person absentee voting) to 15-20 days prior to the day of the election.
EQUALITY
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
That depends on organizations like ANTIFA and BLM, where cities were destroyed, and city and state leaders were not held accountable for the security and safety of their communities.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To protect the personal liberty of citizens from intrusions by the government. To regulate interstate commerce, the states are limited in their ability to regulate or tax such commerce between them. Prevent a majority from granting tyrannical powers to the government in a time of crisis. It also prevents a majority from easily taking away the rights of minorities.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
Education Reform to include Workforce Education, School Security, and proper support for Special Needs Students To deal with insufficient statewide mental health issue that includes the need for additional beds, additional counselors and staff, and proper funding for Emergency Services Teams
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Neutral
Qualified immunity should not be a shield for those Police Officer who commit crimes and violate the constitutional rights of the citizens they swore to protect. Regardless, the internal affairs division should make a thorough investigation that may include a third party to eliminate bias and determine if any intentional misconduct took place or lack of knowledge and training.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Disagree
We need to fund our law enforcement fully. Public mental health needs better state funding rather than taking away from our community and state law enforcement.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The Supreme Court has affirmed on numerous rulings the right of the individual to keep and bear arms. States that have laws that restrict their citizens from owning firearms have been challenged in the Supreme Court, and these state laws were overturned. Any legislator proposing a restriction may find that it could conflict with the constitution.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
Should victims of drunk drivers sue alcohol manufacturers and car manufacturers? Individual Responsibility and upholding current law should be the first and highest priority.
