Government funding can be very concerning because it usually comes with federal guidelines that have to be applied in order to receive the funds. I believe that parents and those closest to students (the local level) are the most qualified to make education decisions, not Washington DC and special interest groups.

I am not sure parents should be restricted from speaking unless they are using profanity or vulgar language or are speaking in an inappropriate manner.
