QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
Yes. I do not believe taxpayer dollars should fund abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, through federal, state, local, or Title X funding. As a pro-life conservative, I believe public funds should support health care providers that protect life, serve women and families, and offer care without being involved in abortion.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
I am pro-life and believe elective abortion should not be allowed. I believe life is sacred and deserves protection, while also ensuring women receive compassionate care, support, and access to resources during pregnancy. My focus is on protecting innocent life, supporting mothers, and strengthening adoption, pregnancy resource centers, and family support services.
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Yes. I believe human life is sacred and deserves legal protection from conception until natural death. As a pro-life conservative, I will support policies that defend innocent life, protect the unborn, care for mothers, and uphold the dignity of every person at every stage of life.
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Strongly Agree
Yes. I believe human embryos, including those created through artificial methods, represent human life and should be treated with dignity and protected from purposeful destruction. As a pro-life conservative, I support policies that respect life at every stage and encourage ethical practices that protect both families and unborn children.
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Strongly Agree
Yes. I believe existing federal laws, including the Comstock Act, should be enforced. Abortion-inducing drugs raise serious life and safety concerns, and they should not be distributed in ways that bypass legal protections, medical oversight, or the responsibility we have to protect unborn life and women’s health.
ECONOMY
What is your position on the minimum wage?
I support wages rising through a strong economy, workforce training, and more opportunity. I am cautious about government-mandated wage increases that can hurt small businesses, raise costs, or reduce entry-level jobs.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
Yes. Free enterprise and private property rights are essential to a strong economy. The government should encourage hard work, investment, entrepreneurship, and personal responsibility. The government should protect these rights, keep taxes and regulations reasonable and low, and allow individuals and businesses to grow, create jobs, and build opportunity.
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
1. Review state agency budgets line by line and cut duplicative or unnecessary spending. 2. Strengthen oversight of taxpayer-funded contracts, grants, and programs. 3. Require measurable results before expanding government programs. 4. Modernize outdated systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 5. Protect taxpayers by opposing bad and wasteful earmarks and unnecessary bureaucracy.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
To me, separation of church and state means government should not establish a state religion or interfere with the free exercise of faith. It does not mean removing faith from public life. Our Constitution protects religious liberty, and people of faith should be free to live, speak, serve, and participate in government without discrimination.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
No. Individuals and businesses should not be forced by the government to violate their sincerely held moral or religious beliefs. We should protect religious liberty, conscience rights, and equal treatment under the law, while encouraging people to treat others with dignity and respect.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. I believe we should protect Medicaid and Medicare for those who truly depend on them, while preserving private healthcare options, increasing competition, lowering costs, and avoiding a government takeover of healthcare.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Strongly Disagree
No. I have serious concerns about the government keeping databases of people based on ongoing medical illnesses. We should protect patient privacy, limit government overreach, and ensure medical information stays between patients and their healthcare providers, except where strictly necessary under existing law.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Yes. The Chinese Communist Party is one of the greatest threats facing America. We must take its military, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and economic threats seriously by strengthening national security, protecting American innovation, securing supply chains, and standing firmly against foreign influence.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Yes. America’s relationship with Israel is extremely important. Israel is our strongest ally in the Middle East, a democracy, and a key partner in national security, intelligence, and the fight against terrorism. I believe the United States should stand firmly with Israel, support its right to defend itself, and oppose antisemitism and hostile regimes that threaten our shared interests.
IMMIGRATION
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Strongly Disagree
No. I do not support sanctuary cities. Local governments should not undermine federal immigration law or shield those here illegally from lawful enforcement. We must secure our border, uphold the rule of law, and ensure law enforcement can work with federal authorities to protect our communities.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
Yes. I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and returning control to states, local communities, parents, and teachers. Education decisions should be made closest to the students, not by federal bureaucrats. We should protect parental rights, expand choice, and focus on basics, safety, and workforce readiness.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Agree
Yes. Foreign governments should not be allowed to fund or influence American education. Our schools and universities should serve American students, families, and taxpayers, not foreign interests. We must protect curriculum, research, intellectual property, and national security from foreign influence.
VALUES
Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.
Strongly Agree
Yes. Parents have the fundamental right and responsibility to direct their child’s health, education, and upbringing. Government should respect and protect that role, not replace it. I support parental rights, transparency in schools, access to curriculum, and policies that keep parents informed and involved in major decisions affecting their children.
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
Yes. Children should be protected from efforts to push or facilitate a gender transition. Parents must be fully informed, and schools, medical providers, and government should not hide these matters from families. I support protecting children, parental rights, and biological truth.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
Yes. I believe marriage is a sacred, God-ordained union between one man and one woman. The government did not create marriage and should not redefine it. I will support policies that protect religious liberty, respect the traditional family, and defend the rights of people of faith to live according to their beliefs.
I support the expansion of gambling in my state.
Neutral
I am cautious about expanding gambling in Florida. Adults should be free to make personal financial decisions, but the public must clearly understand the risks, including addiction, financial harm, and impacts on families and communities. Any proposal should be transparent, carefully reviewed, and ensure people assume responsibility for their own choices while protecting taxpayers and vulnerable Floridians.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian, and my faith is central to who I am. I was baptized in church and later had the blessing of being re-baptized in the Jordan River in Israel. My values are rooted in faith, family, service, personal responsibility, and treating others with dignity. I believe public service should be guided by humility, honesty, and a commitment to doing what is right.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
No. I support requiring photo identification to vote. Election integrity matters, and voters deserve confidence that every legal vote is protected and counted. Photo ID is a reasonable safeguard that helps prevent fraud, strengthens trust in elections, and ensures our voting process remains secure, fair, and accountable.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
No. I do not support reparations based on race. Government should treat people equally under the law and focus on creating opportunity for every American through strong families, quality education, workforce training, safe communities, and a growing economy. Public policy should unite people, not divide them by race.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
Yes. I believe women’s sports and private women’s spaces should be protected. Biological males should not compete in women’s sports or occupy spaces such as women’s bathrooms, locker rooms, shelters, sorority houses, or prisons. This is about fairness, safety, privacy, and protecting the rights and dignity of women and girls.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.
Strongly Disagree
I believe we should be good stewards of our land, water, and natural resources, but I am cautious of rushed political mandates that raise costs, hurt jobs, or punish farmers, small businesses, and working families. Environmental policy should be practical, science-based, and focused on conservation, innovation, resilience, and protecting Florida’s natural resources without expanding government overreach.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Nuclear energy is one of the most reliable ways to meet growing electricity demand. It provides steady baseload power, strengthens the grid, keeps energy affordable, and should be part of a balanced energy strategy.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
I would describe myself as a constitutional conservative. I believe in limited government, free enterprise, personal responsibility, strong families, religious liberty, parental rights, secure borders, law and order, and a strong national defense. My views are guided by faith, the Constitution, and a commitment to protecting freedom and opportunity.
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
The goal of the criminal justice system should be to protect the public, uphold the rule of law, support victims, and ensure fair and strong accountability for those who commit crimes. It should punish dangerous offenders, deter crime, rehabilitate when appropriate, and give law enforcement and prosecutors the tools they need to keep communities safe.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Strongly Agree
Yes. Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation online. Parents should be the first line of defense, but law enforcement, schools, technology companies, and policymakers must work together to hold predators accountable, strengthen safeguards, improve reporting, and protect children from harmful and exploitative content.
Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.
Strongly Agree
Yes. The United States legal system must be based on the Constitution, federal law, and state law, not foreign or religious legal codes. Sharia law should not be incorporated into our legal framework. At the same time, we must protect religious liberty for all Americans while ensuring no religious law overrides constitutional rights, equal justice, or American sovereignty.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I do not support additional restrictions on lawful gun ownership. The Second Amendment is a fundamental right, and law-abiding adults should not be punished for the actions of criminals. In Florida, I support lowering the firearm purchase age back to 18. Public safety is best protected by holding violent offenders accountable and supporting responsible gun ownership.
