RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I believe life begins at conception. I am a pro-life mother of three and I am endorsed by New Jersey Right to Life PAC. I have been endorsed by them in my previous elections to the Board of Sussex County Commissioners (where I currently serve). The life of the mother is a circumstance that should be allowable. There is a debate amongst fellow pro-lifers regarding allowances for rape and incest. The two major legislative initiatives in New Jersey to legally protect the lives of the unborn, backed by pro-life activists, do make allowances for all three circumstances. The biggest threat to the lives of the unborn in New Jersey is Governor Murphy, the Democrat majority in the legislature, and their radical abortion agenda. The Democrats enacted a radical new law which has codified the legalization of abortion right up to the moment of birth. The Democrats have also provided taxpayer funding of abortion and Planned Parenthood, forced health insurance consumers to cover abortions, and have allowed unlicensed healthcare workers to perform abortions.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
New Jersey has the highest property taxes in the nation, averaging over $9,490. The State has some of the highest income and corporate taxes in the country putting us at a competitive disadvantage in trying to attract new businesses and jobs while keeping families and current employers here. If elected to the Assembly, I will sponsor legislation on tax reduction, government transparency and the elimination of wasteful spending in order to lower property taxes as well as state taxes as well. My running mate for State Senate, Assemblyman Parker Space, has made property taxes a priority –Assemblyman Space sponsors over 100 bills to address property taxes. New Jersey has the most unequal school funding in the country. I will fight for fair school funding for children in rural and suburban school districts. I support ACR-54, which proposes an amendment to Constitution specifying a method of providing for the maintenance and support of a thorough and efficient system of free public schools and allocating all income tax receipts to school districts and A-961, which establishes a formula for the distribution of State aid to school districts. The Fair School Funding plan which would eliminate the court’s meddling in school funding once and for all and bring back precious state resources throughout New Jersey. Enact judicial reforms to keep the state Supreme Court from raising our property taxes through their decisions on school funding (Abbott). These include retention elections and giving the Legislature and/or the voters the power to overturn decisions. I would also bring back the full property tax deduction for all New Jersey homeowners (A-2061). I support convening a special session of the Legislature to lower property taxes (ACR-14). Concerning State Taxes, I support: A2059, the Marriage Penalty Elimination Act to lower state income taxes for married couples. A2058, indexing the state income tax for inflation to prevent “bracket creep” which artificially increases income taxes. A2899, eliminates $375 minimum Corporation Business Tax on New Jersey S corporations with New Jersey gross receipts of less than $100,000. A735, eliminates the New Jersey inheritance tax. A1146, reduce New Jersey’s Corporate Business Tax rate. A1032, allows state income tax deduction for charitable contributions to New Jersey-based charitable organizations. A1657, reduces state income tax rates by ten percent over three years.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
New Jersey has a spending problem. Governor Murphy’s budget for the FY2024 fiscal year is 7% larger than the previous year’s budget, and it’s 57% bigger than the prior administration's final budget. That's an unsustainable spending increase in just six years of $20 billion. We need to reduce the size of State Government in New Jersey by eliminating wasteful and duplicative programs. We can start by defunding Planned Parenthood and programs and spending geared towards illegal immigration. $1.2 billion in pork projects in targeted Democrat legislative districts are in this year’s budget. They should be eliminated at once. We should thoroughly review the operations of State government, from top to bottom with our State Comptroller and State Auditor to make cuts and efficiencies. I would support the enactment of the following to help further identify budget cuts: A2053, Establishes Red Tape Review Commission. A2056, Authorizes State Auditor to conduct cost-benefit analyses of certain programs and initiatives. A4161, Establishes Government Efficiency and Regulatory Review Commission.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
NONE!
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
I am opposed to A and B. Medicare is entirely a federal program and State legislators have little to no say over it. Conversely, Medicaid is a joint federal-state program and as State Legislators we have much meaningful input. I do not support Medicaid funding abortions and would support a constitutional amendment prohibiting such. I believe we need to seek alternatives to Medicaid and Charity Care (emergency rooms) to treat our poor and working poor for routine health care in New Jersey, such as empowering a statewide network of free health clinics operated by volunteer health professionals in exchange for coverage of the medical malpractice insurance for their private practices. Since 2018, the Democrats in New Jersey have enacted a series of state-level ObamaCare laws, such as the individual mandate and other mandates on consumers, businesses, doctors, some religious employers, and health insurance companies. I support the repeal of such laws.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Under no circumstance should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
We need to control our borders. It is no secret that in order for fringe terrorist groups to grow and thrive, they need to be well-funded, and cutting off their source of funding is key to eliminating radical terrorism. And lastly and most obvious, support our ally, Israel. Israel’s maintenance of defensible borders that preserve peace and promote stability in the region is a necessity.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Having a proper vetting program will ensure that legal immigration will benefit American taxpayers, and that terrorists and criminals, those with infectious diseases, and those who will unfairly compete for jobs are prevented from entering the United States. The United States has every right to limit the number of legal immigrants per year as well as to take whatever steps to ensure that those who are entering legally are fully-vetted. New Jersey should mandate E-Verify to ensure that only those who are legally permitted to work in the United States can be employed here. If elected to the Assembly, I will work with organizations such as the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) and NumbersUSA to take action to strengthen New Jersey laws to combat illegal immigration.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Agree
Under no circumstance should a religious entity be forced by the government to alter its marriage doctrine. Unelected courts should never be able to make a major cultural and societal change such as this. They were legislating from the bench.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am Roman Catholic.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I am opposed to rank choice voting. I am opposed to allowing non-United States Citizens votes and I am also opposed to allowing inmates to be able to vote. If elected to the Assembly, I will support the following Election Integrity bill package: A-1139 – Removes 48-hour provision for acceptance of ballots postmarked by election day; increases penalties for violation of ballot messenger and bearer limits and candidate prohibition. A-113 – Requires certain documentation as proof of voter identity to vote; updates procedures for challenging voters regarding proof of identity. A-139 – Repeals the “Agreement Among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote.” A-356 - Permits county clerk to remove voters from vote-by-mail lists under certain circumstances. A-361 - Requires Secretary of State created website for voters to report irregularities regarding mail-in ballots; establishes "Vote by Mail Study Commission." A-1395 – Provides for agreement between Secretary of State and AOC to match information in Statewide voter registration system with certain jury records in order to identify and remove ineligible non-citizen voter registrants from system. A-776 - Requires Secretary of State to establish voter list maintenance and crosscheck program and to include certain voter registration data in annual report to Governor and Legislature. A-1679 – Requires electronic voting system vendors disclose financial ties prior to electronic voting system approval by Secretary of State. A-4638 – Requires voter who wishes to vote by mail to complete application for mail-in ballot each calendar year; repeals automatic vote-by-mail designation. A-1043 – Prohibits mail-in ballot outer envelope from containing political affiliation or designation visible to public. A-1663– Requires commissioner of registration to move voters with undeliverable mail-in ballots to inactive file; removes such inactive voters from Statewide voter registration system following failure to vote in two consecutive federal general elections. A-1664 – Requires AG to create voting fraud task force. A-1420 – Prohibits approval of voting machine or voting system if vendor is foreign company, if domestic vendor exports technology overseas, or due to major non-citizen ownership. A-3388 – Transfers Division of Elections from Department of State to Department of Law and Public Safety; designates Attorney General as chief election official and requires two bipartisan co-directors. A-3652 - Allows appointment of challengers to any election district within congressional or legislative district where challenger resides. A-3701 - Requires Secretary of State and county commissioners of registration to perform audit of voter registration records in Statewide Voter Registration System. A-4452 - Removes prohibition on police presence at ballot drop boxes and polling places. A-5385 - Prohibits use of private funds and personnel in governmental offices and procedures pertaining to administration of elections; establishes crimes and penalties for violations. ACR-44 – Proposes constitutional amendment to provide registered voters with right to cast ballot in person at polling place on election day; requires mail-in ballot request before voter receives mail-in ballot.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
We have laws that protect us from those who wish to commit harm, bodily or otherwise. Additionally, New Jersey already has tough anti-hate crime laws which punish those who commit bodily harm against others based on race.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
Government needs to live within its means and do only what it is allowed to do based on our US Constitution and New Jersey Constitution as seen through the lens of Declaration of Independence. The size and scope of government needs to be reduced. The smaller, the better!
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
Myself, and my running mates, Parker Space for Senate and Mike Inganamort for Assembly made Our Hometown Conservative PLEDGE: Repeal the radical 'woke' school curriculum and protect our children Fight for election integrity by mandating Voter ID at the polls End the liberal Sanctuary State policies that attract illegal immigrants to New Jersey Defend our 2A rights and vote to protect the lives of unborn babies Oppose wasteful spending and get our fair share from Trenton Crack down on crime and illegal drugs, and stand with our police

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The Second Amendment is an unalienable right, which the Supreme Court affirmed last year, and I will not support restrictions on law-abiding citizens. As the victim of a gun crime and now a gun owner, law-abiding citizens must have the right to keep and bear arms. Violent felons and illegal immigrants should not be allowed to own and possess firearms; that is already the law. New Jersey needs to bring its draconian gun laws in line with the decisions from the Supreme Court.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
