RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Although I take the scientific road in this case and believe any fetus IS a life, I also think that the mind set of passing some law to end all abortions would be futile at this time. As a result I think women, particularly young ones would STILL seek abortions if that were their desire. In such cases we would now be faced with unsafe and unsanitary abortions being performed in various settings. This creates dangerous scenarios on many fronts. Furthermore, logically thinking, what would society now, truthfully do to any woman who had an illegal abortion. Or how many Doctors, nurses, unqualified persons etc might become deemed criminals as a result of assisting these women? How would the justice system, which fails so much now, handle a new plethora of such cases? I just think an abortion ban would be unrealistic. I believe that instead of putting the cart in front of the horse here ,that our first obligation as a society might be to try to greatly reduce the number of unwanted, unnecessary, pregnancies. Science tells us that a woman's window for becoming pregnant is quite small. I think maybe we need to first find ways to educate our young men and women in ways to prevent unwanted pregnancies. Furthermore it would be far less costly to society. It may sound abrupt, but it costs zero dollars to Not get pregnant. I think we need to educate males and females a bit better and try to greatly, greatly, greatly reduce the number of abortions that are performed or needed each day. It's the first step we should take before trying to enact laws that just won't or can't be enforced. I believe in life, but sadly I am well aware of our failing judicial system. I am also aware of what disarray a new law would create in our current society. I would like to start with efforts to minimize how many abortions even need to be performed first and foremost. I only hope that maybe readers can understand my viewpoint and logic in this matter. It is so unfortunate that so many abortions are performed.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Agree
I believe maybe monies could be better spent in ways to PREVENT unwanted pregnancies first as to greatly reduce the need for so many. (See answer #1)
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Neutral
It perplexes me that there are folks who believe killing a baby is ok yet assisting an elderly or sickly person in death is not ok. We live in a state whereas there are laws which prevent any person from throwing a bag of kittens or puppies into a river yet killing a human infant is deemed ok. It makes no sense.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
This is a huge problem and I could go on for pages. Our tax structure is unfair, complicated, allows for corruption and needs vast improvements. Seniors contributing to school taxes is unfair. School taxes based on the value of one's home is ludicrous. It unfairly punishes persons for working harder and owning a nice home. There is no logical correlation to be made between the value of a home or property and how much a person should contribute to our school system. Furthermore, statistics will indicate that here in PA our education system is failing. We rank approximately 40th out of 50 states in education performances. That is unacceptable. Many changes need to be addressed in regard to taxation.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
First I need to get to Harrisburg in an effort to observe myself where the monies are being spent. If the reader were to check my own financial situation he/she will find that I have worked hard most of my life. I have also managed my money well, paid off all of my debts, own my home, have saved for the future and hence consider myself a business of one, the smallest common denominator. Our state government absolutely needs to be fiscally responsible with every dollar they collect from the taxpayers of Pennsylvania.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Disagree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Neutral
Under what circumstances can government close churches?

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
B) C) Government need not be in the business of providing healthcare for all.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Well, after what we have just gone through, and knowing what we now know about the last forced vaccine mandate, I question the government's authority in this regard. Health Science is starting to reveal that the previous mandated vaccine may be proving to be quite harmful to what had been healthy people. Persons being forced to receive a relatively new vaccine or lose their careers and livelihoods is not acceptable.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Necessary steps to keep our nation and citizens safe should be taken in regard to all terrorism.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Neutral
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
We have laws on immigration. All that is necessary is to allow our hired agents to enforce them and to give them the resources to do so. It's not that difficult. If I choose to go to any other country I will be required a passport to do so. Other countries enforce their immigration laws. The United States should do the same.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Any person who goes through the necessary steps to do so. Abide by the current immigration laws.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Agree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Neutral
Take a look. We have laws in the United States that are directly based on several religious commandments. That is undeniable.
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in a higher being, as do most religious people. So on that level we all have a similar belief. What that higher being is called various from religion to religion. I frankly don't understand why humans kill one another over the argument of religion. It is very unfortunate.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Enforce the ones we have already first. A form of identification Be a U.S, citizen reside in the district you are voting in. These are simple. The process need not be so complex, especially in the modern times we are living in.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Very minimal at best
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Disagree
No
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
Do not know the exact cost to our society or taxpayers currently. Need further information
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree
If safely done and strong considerations are taken for communities nearby and environmental harm is minimal.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To protect our borders and uphold the Constitution
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Moderate
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
Google. My record speaks for itself
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
NO
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I have served the public for over 30 years with an impeccable service record. I have walked in the low income housing communities of Pittsburgh in the mid-1990s at the height of the crack cocaine era where shootings and street crime was abundant. I walked the suburban streets with my Police K9s where I spoke with residents and children daily. I've served on Swat units, C.O.P divisions and other specialized units. I've coached children, taught adults and am proud of it. I have questioned government as much as anyone. I question leaders and I question followers. I paid attention in history classes, have read hundreds upon hundreds of educational books and still believe today that our Government needs to be OF THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Neutral
Officers have a very very tough job. They need the support of society. However they must always act professionally and practice good judgement. Circumstances dictate my thoughts in regard to this question.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT

Responsible ownership. Harsher punishments for those who commit crimes with firearms.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
