Judge Everett Mitchell has been Dane County Circuit Court Judge for Branch 4’s Juvenile Division since 2016. He graduated from Morehouse College, Princteon Theological Seminary and received his Juris Doctorate from University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School where he  “teaches courses on ‘Race, Racism, and the Law’ [and] ‘Foundational Principles of the Juvenile Justice System.”
