QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

None. I support and defend the sanctity of all human life from conception to natural death. I am 100% staunchly pro life. Killing an innocent life is a grave evil and is never a viable solution. All life is precious. God says in Jeremiah 1:5 "Before I knit you in the womb, I knew you."

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

I would simplify the code and reduce taxes wherever possible ... beginning with our state gas tax, which is the third highest in the nation.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

I would reduce spending on the Regional Greenhouse Gas initiative.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

None. Closing churches is against state and federal law.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

As John Adams said, "The United States should not go abroad in search of monsters to destroy." The United States should focus here at home and secure our borders.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Choose not to answer

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Those who apply legally, pay taxes and pass a criminal background check should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a practicing Roman Catholic. I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; he descended into hell; on the third day he rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty; from there he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting. I believe that God loves each human person He has created; that He wants every person with Him in heaven for all eternity; that he asks each person to follow the Ten Commandments.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

I would remove ballot drop boxes; eliminate Act 77; return to an election day rather than an election season; eliminate all no-excuse mail in voting (only permit traditional absentee ballots); require a photo ID to vote; and, use paper ballots counted in the local precinct.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No, racism is not a threat in the United States. The media tries to portray and to create racism as a problem. The vast majority of people see through this and disagree.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Government should protect our inalienable rites of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness by promoting the Common Good: respect for every individual, the well being of the entire group and peace. Government facilitates interstate highways and commerce, provides order and security and defends our country's borders.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Did not answer

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

Nancy is running for State Representative in the 149th District, which includes Upper Merion, Bridgeport, West Conshohocken, and parts of Lower Merion. Nancy is a constitutional conservative and a lifelong Pennsylvania resident. She is happily married to her husband, James, for 27 years. While at Georgetown, Nancy gained experience in government, working as an intern in the Washington and Philadelphia offices of Pennsylvania Senator John Heinz. She learned from that experience that the private sector is the engine of our economy, that government does not produce anything and should be kept as small as possible. In the private sector, Nancy worked as an administrator in large law firms: Weil, Gotshal and Manges in New York City and Dechert in Philadelphia, where she ran the Vioxx litigation (one of the largest civil actions ever filed). She led a team of 40 to do initial fact discovery in nearly 18,000 cases. She worked for eight years at the American Swiss Foundation with Ambassador Faith Whittlesey, to develop a person-to-person network between our two sister Republics … now 1,000 strong. She also served as Executive Director of the Tri-State Pregnancy Center, a non-profit providing counsel and material aid to expectant mothers. Most recently Nancy was a top salesperson nationwide at Tory Burch and she has run her own small business. Nancy's legislative priorities are: Back the Blue as they enforce the law and reduce crime. Work for strong fiscal discipline and lower taxes. Support Pennsylvania’s energy economy and energy independence. Promote school choice and parental rights. Stand for medical freedom. Fight for common sense election integrity measures, including voter ID, removing ballot drop boxes and ending no-excuse early voting. No more shenanigans. Protect the right to life from conception to natural death. Maintain Pennsylvania’s no tax payer funded abortion. Preserve our Second Amendment Rights.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None. Our Pennsylvania constitution states that "the right of citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned." I support holding criminals accountable for their actions.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree
