QUESTIONNAIRE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

It is every woman’s individual choice whether to have an abortion, under all circumstances.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

Only if a church has committed a crime.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. Vaccination is every person’s individual choice.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

There are other forms of terrorism, not limited to Islamic kind. The government should educate people appropriately to make sure we don’t grow domestic culture terrorists. Proper vetting and background check for foreigners will reduce chances of bringing foreign terrorists into the country.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

There should be a proper legislation ensuring that the rights of those seeking immigration in the US are observed while streamlining the process of admitting them legally in the country and solving individual cases.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Those who have legal basis to be in the US. Immigration system should be reasonable to make sure people are admitted in the country properly.

Strongly Agree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Disagree

People’s faith should be personal for every individual. Collectively, we have laws that ensure we live peacefully and in prosperity as a society.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Neutral

All genders should be protected equally.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Disagree

Every individual has the right to be their authentic selves and live the life they desire.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Agree

Although we have been making a steady process to make our system more equitable and just, there are still many areas which need to be addressed. For example, access to hemp industry is impossible for minorities of colors. That needs to be changed.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Although I am a minister and have an honorary degree in theology, my beliefs are personal to me, and under no circumstance I will use them to legislate or advance public agenda. My Christian beliefs guide only my life, not lives of other people.

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism is a threat to our society because it excludes minorities from making decisions and being able to express themselves. We as people should hear voices of everyone and include them in the collective decision-making process.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
