RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

As Governor Together in Fraternity, legislators, community at large, social leaders, NGOs, Universities, students, law schools and other experts, we will take all necessary measures to ensure that all inhabitants have access to enjoy their Human, Civil, Political, Economic rights, and we will veto those laws that contain arbitrary and discriminatory approaches contrary to the best practices of protecting individuals, their families and friends, hurting diversity, affecting their freedoms, and thus the healthy/harmonious coexistence of the inhabitants of the state, threatening our security.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Neutral

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

This issue is being used as a distraction from the real humanitarian crisis we Floridians are experiencing. As the head of the executive branch of the State of Florida, I will not make any decisions against the healthy rights of the community. These types of activities are discussed when, like today, the Governor's mismanagement and poorly made decisions related to his political agenda, have negatively impacted the quality of life of citizens to the point that over 100 cities have a 21% to 45% poverty rate and food safety, high gas and commodity prices, housing affordability, lack of organized development, inflation rates around 30% above national rates, high gas and housing prices, production at World War II lows, vetoed major funding, high levels of discrimination and racism, extreme violence, suicide, debauchery and arbitrary measures in several areas are some of the most important issues I will have to face once elected the 47th Governor of Florida.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

There is no need to reduce the budget if best management and corruption abatement practices are carried out. Our Florida Sustainability and Expansion Plan is structured in such a way that in the short term the community will begin to feel the materialization of the development of the project and with it, lower gas prices, safer schools and children, lots of job opportunities, lower crime and suicide rates, as a consequence the community will feel the increase in their quality of life, peace, the American dream will be possible again. I am planning to return all possible funds vetoed by current and past governors, also the billion dollars for inflation prevention will be used to offset some months the community budget.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Neutral

This is an issue that should be discussed in a panel of experts, without any dark political interest interfering with the needs of the people.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Neutral

Together with experts, we will take all necessary measures to ensure that all inhabitants have access to enjoy their Human, Civil, Political, Economic rights, and we will veto those laws that contain arbitrary and discriminatory approaches contrary to the best practices of protection of individuals, their families and friends, hurting diversity, affecting their freedoms, and therefore the healthy/harmonious coexistence of the inhabitants of the state, threatening our security.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

WE will take all necessary measures to ensure that all inhabitants have access to enjoy their Human, Civil, Political, Economic rights, (as religion is), and we will veto those laws that contain arbitrary and discriminatory approaches contrary to the best practices of protection of individuals, their families and friends, hurting diversity, affecting their freedoms, and thus the healthy/harmonious coexistence of the inhabitants of the state, threatening our security.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Together in fraternity, legislators, law schools and other experts, we will take all necessary steps to ensure that all inhabitants have access to enjoy their Human, Civil, Political, Economic rights, and we will veto those laws that contain arbitrary and discriminatory approaches contrary to best practices of protecting individuals, their families and friends, hurting diversity, affecting their freedoms, and thus the healthy/harmonious coexistence of the inhabitants of the state, threatening our security. Our elders, our kids, our pets, our family must be protected.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

As governor team, we will take all necessary measures to ensure that all inhabitants have access to enjoy their Human, Civil, Political, Economic rights, and we will veto those laws contained in arbitrary and discriminatory positions contrary to the best practices of protecting individuals, their families and friends, hurting diversity, affecting their freedoms, and thus the healthy/harmonious coexistence of the inhabitants of the state, threatening our security.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

This is not an issue for the Governor to decide. This is an issue that must be decided by Congress, the Senate, the White House, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense. As Governor of the State of Florida, we will align public policies consistent with the recommendations and actions suggested by state security agencies such as the FBI, CIA, FEMA, NASA, among others. The governor, as the executive branch of the state, could in this case, request to participate in the national High Government working groups with federal homeland security agencies and the Department of Homeland Security and Defense, to align ourselves, as a state, to the unification of public policies.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Neutral

I support The U.S. A. This is not an issue for the Governor to decide. This is an issue that must be handled by WH, Depart States, the Dept. Defense, etc. As Governor of the State of Florida, we will align public policies consistent with the recommendations and actions suggested by state security agencies. The governor, as the executive branch of the state, could in this case, request to participate in the national High Government working groups

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Neutral

The problem in the State of Florida is not immigrants, it is the Governor making bad decisions that negatively impact the lives of Floridians. Floridians are very concerned about the deteriorating humanitarian situation that is occurring in the state of Florida, lack of internal production, high levels of product prices, gasoline, the costs of living are unprecedentedly high, cities in a state of negligence and poverty, increase in the homeless, and many people asking for money on the street,

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

I am an immigrant. Like me, almost all immigrants are a valuable population in need of options and the state is the facilitator, the bridge to unify, to create spaces where all people can have access to a platform to prosper in their lives. We are valuable, we are needed in the process to prosper Florida, for others who misbehave, there are law enforcement institutions. The governor is the MANAGER, the enforcer, the guide for ALL.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

We are in favor of people exercising their human, civil and political rights.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Neutral

The Governor is in charge of ALL Florida inhabitants. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that all people have access to enjoy their Human, Civil, Political, Economic rights, and we will veto those laws that contain arbitrary and discriminatory approaches contrary to best practices of protecting individuals, their families and friends, hurting diversity, affecting their freedoms, and thus the healthy/harmonious coexistence of the people of the state, threatening our security.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Neutral

Together we will take all necessary measures to ensure that all inhabitants have access to enjoy their Human, Civil, Political, Economic rights, and we will veto those laws that contain arbitrary and discriminatory approaches contrary to best practices of protecting individuals, their families and friends, hurting diversity, affecting their liberties, and thus the healthy/harmonious coexistence of the inhabitants of the state, threatening our security.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am Christian and I believe in GOD, and we are in respect for all religious and spiritual practices included in the freedoms of the people and the First Constitutional Amendment of the United States. We will not support discrimination or racist practices in the State of Florida.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

The right to vote is an important civil and political right, having access to vote is a very important issue. As head of the Executive Branch of the State, I will convene experts, and organizations whose experience will guide us to implement best practices in the matter, in terms of transparency, accountability and adequate oversight measures. This is part of our model of sustainable growth and development in joy, peace, health, fraternity and well-being.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

It is a violation of international and inter-American laws and resolutions signed and sometimes ratified by the U.S as the Interamerican Covenant against Racism and all type of Discrimination. We will take all necessary measures to ensure that all inhabitants have access to the enjoyment of their Human, Civil, Political, Economic rights, and we will veto those laws that contain arbitrary and discriminatory approaches contrary to the best practices of protecting individuals, their families and friends, hurting diversity, affecting their freedoms, and thus the healthy/harmonious coexistence of the inhabitants of the state, threatening our security.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Neutral

We will take all necessary measures to ensure that all inhabitants have access to enjoy their Human, Civil, Political, Economic rights, and access to the due process, and we will veto those laws contained in arbitrary and discriminatory positions contrary to the best practices of protecting individuals, their families and friends, hurting diversity, affecting their freedoms, and thus the healthy/harmonious coexistence of the inhabitants of the state, threatening our security.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

We have already spoken with FEMA and NASA, and as a team, we will take the necessary steps to prevent the "handmade" disasters produced by Florida's lack of unified public policies and align them with our sustainable plan for Florida's expansion and growth. We will return vetoed climate change impact funds and ask the President of the United States to help us multiply available funds, so we can immediately reverse the negative impact resulting from the neglected practices from the State of Florida governor.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Neutral

We will take all necessary measures to reverse environmental damage and reduce, step by step, any negative impact caused by outsiders to good practices of care for the environment, the beaches, the seas.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

The best practices of the executive branch of government are related to open government, transparency, governance for ALL people, building a competent board, alignment of strategies with goals, accountability, a high level of ethics and integrity, defining roles and responsibilities, and effective risk management. Build a competent board, practice equity and inclusion, strategically plan leadership, have a sustainable and expansion plan, govern for peace, create unified public policies, take the necessary steps to be enablers of prosperity in respecting human, civil, economic, environmental rights, meet with all sectors of the community and listen to their concerns, include ALL, zero discrimination, align government with the needs of the people and prosper the future, guide the state, drive the economy, coordinate workrooms with universities and entrepreneurs, and any other good practice conducive to achieving the sustainability and expansion of the state and with it a model of prosperity for the community, the society, the Sate, the States and the world.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Lean Conservative

We will take all necessary measures to ensure that all inhabitants have access to enjoy their Human, Civil, Political, Economic rights, and we will veto those laws contained in arbitrary and discriminatory positions contrary to the best practices of protecting individuals, their families and friends, hurting diversity, affecting their freedoms, and thus the healthy/harmonious coexistence of the inhabitants of the state, threatening our security.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

IVoterGuide.com Vote11, League of Women Voters, all my social media accounts

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

no

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

The functions of the executive branch of the state are other. The state has the Senate and Congress to discuss legislative issues. The executive branch is operational. It directs the direction in which the state grows and prospers. It is the facilitator of all Floridians, public policy, calling the president for help if any, meeting with all sectors in the state to unify actions that lead to the prosperity of the community. Our priority is the community, the society. We will meet with all sectors locally, nationally and internationally to restore the welfare and prosperity of the State of Florida and with that, restore peace, order and freedom, we will return almost all funding to universities, police, fire rescue, cities, counties, autism, cancer research, hospitals and use inflation prevention funds to fund the creation and expansion of individuals and small businesses. We will align public policies to respect the human, civil, political, economic and environmental rights of all. Decrease violence and suicide rates, which find no way out of their problems caused by the very bad decision of the head of the State of Florida, understanding that Florida itself is in a very bad humanitarian situation. Once we start our Florida Development Plan, violence will decrease, happiness and peace will return, the American Dream will be back with Carmen Jackie Gimenez as Governor.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Choose not to answer

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

Our police should receive all the funding necessary to provide adequate community safety without unnecessary exposure. The family members of police officers MUST be protected as well, and we envision providing for them through updating their contracts with scholarships for their immediate family members and providing them with new generation tools for their own safety on behalf of the community.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The violence is a consequence of people's frustration with their lives, not finding a way out of their problems caused by the very bad decision of the head of the State of Florida, understanding that Florida is in a very bad humanitarian situation itself. Once we start our Florida Development Plan the violence will decrease, happiness and peace will return, the American Dream will be back with Carmen Jackie Gimenez as Governor.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Neutral
