Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Disagree

Strongly Agree
a balanced budget is necessary because it helps protect future generations and helps keep interest rates low. It also keeps the economy growing.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
A good start would be changing the tax code to repeal tax cuts for corporations, Reduce funding in International Affairs programs, and eliminate wasteful spending throughout the budget.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Neutral
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
A government should only be allowed to require vacinations of it's military members and citizens traveling abroad. Religious and disability-related objections should be considered by employers and schools, in accordance with Federal Laws.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Agree
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Agree
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Decades of costly US wars in the Middle East have produced neither peace nor stability. The region remains one of the poorest and most conflict-prone in the world. The United States should reduce the number of US forces permanently stationed in the region eliminate routine US Navy deployments to the Persian Gulf. instead of maintaining fixed assets and permanent air and naval facilities, Washington should renegotiate access arrangements with locals. Investments in intelligence and early warning, as well as new technologies (e.g., unmanned aerial/subsurface vehicles, and missile defenses) would be more effective.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Agree
Violating our immigration laws, which are in place for a number of reasons some of which help us maintain the economy, unemployment, homelessness, and prison populations is unacceptable. You are already starting off as a criminal. Every other country protects its sovereignty and so should we.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Violating our immigration laws, which are in place for a number of reasons some of which help us maintain the economy, unemployment, homelessness, and prison populations is unacceptable. You are already starting off as a criminal. Every other country protects its sovereignty and so should we.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Immigration and integration of culture is crucial to our country and our history. The assimilation from whatever country you come from, to becoming an "American" after being vetted and complying with our laws is a commendable achievement in unity.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Neutral
These types constructs are used to label us and divide us. These labels cause chaos ,confusion , and disruption, so we continue to fight each other and not pay attention to the corruption and greed in our Capitol. I honestly don't care about pro nouns, I only see Men and Women and I am whole heartedly not concerned about your sexual preferences.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in an America First Policy and Family Values. I was raised Roman Catholic as a military brat across the country and attended parochial schools until Jr. High. I believe in my military Oath to the US Constitution and the core values of HONOR, Courage, and Commitment
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Disagree
We require picture ID yo open a bank account, operate a motor vehicle, carry weapons, travel abroad, acquire insurance, entitlement assistance, etc., etc., etc... so it's not a reach to require an ID to protect the validity of our most sacred right.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I believe the future of voting will be digital and will be done from the comfort of wherever you decide from. So there will be many discussions on this topic in the foreseeable future.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Reparations is a silly idea. I will always dismiss it as so. If you want to make the playing field even for future generations then the alternative should be to promote the rule of law, deregulate the labor market, and embrace the charter school movement.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
While there is real racism here in our country, It is NOT the NORM as Big Government would have you believe. Again, this is another way for us to label and divide ourselves. I check one box on a form, you check another. It is a situational design implemented to cause confusion and chaos and actually breeds more racism. Racist ideologies lead to discriminatory policies, increased violence and further division and distraction to keep us from seeing the real threat from these "CAREER" politicians.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree
Hydraulic fracking is safe when done right. The benefits outweigh its costs economically and environmentally,
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Being a non party affiliated conservative, I can speak the truth as I know it without sugar coating anything or having to tow a party line because I am not a party plant or their puppet, they did not finance my campaign with corrupt means using taxpayer money. I paid for my campaign out of my own saving account, which is also why I will not win this election. I don't have a over 3/4 of a Million to run a campaign as Incumbent from another district does. I live and work in Highlands county.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
NO.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
My legislative priorities are solving the water problem for Florida Agriculture, fighting inflation, stopping anti-gun laws, a balanced budget and less bureaucracy, Veterans Healthcare and Homelessness, Bringing more of our troops home.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Disagree
I am against excessive force; police officers are not judge and jury to dole out physical punishment at their discretion. Body cameras should be mandated for all LEO’s on petrol, while engaging any suspect or in response to a call.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Disagree
I am against defunding the police, but I do believe that they should not have military grade equipment, tanks, drones, or anything that invades a reasonable expectation to the right to privacy. They also should not engage in high speed pursuits or entrapment.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
There are already many unconstitutional gun control laws on the books in every almost every state. They all either do not work or are not enforced. I believe that everyone has a right to protect themselves, their family and their property from any threat. I prefer to be survivor rather than a victim. t was the Obama and Bidens administration’s political allies who defunded the police, emptied prisons, and stopped prosecuting so-called low-level crimes. They also got rid of cash bail which in turn releases violent criminals back into our streets. Also, the ATF shouldn’t be a gun -control group fronting as a Federal Agency. "...Shall Not Be Infringed."
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Agree
A criminal will always find a way to do violence by any means necessary. A decline in Family Values and not taking care of our mentally ill and emotionally stunted is something we need to consider and address. That’s a discussion that needs to be had in Congress. Let's not blame the tool.
