Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
As a man, a father of three girls, and a grandfather to seven granddaughters, it is difficult to speak on behalf of the woman. But I would say when dealing with rape, incest, and to prevent the death of the mother. But ultimately this is a state issue, not federal.

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Taxes should be reduced to prevent hypertaxation. Lowering the corporate tax rate will ensure we remain competitive for growth and increased GDP. I believe in a lower state tax as well.

The church should be allowed to influence the culture. Our country is based on Christian-Judeo principles and without these values in society, leads to a decline of morality and increase in crime. As we see happening across America today!
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None!
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
I do not see an option that matches, although Medicaid and Medicare should remain to those 55 and older. Better safeguards to prevent fraud waste and abuse. Medical services should be provided to those with disabilities and those not able to find employment. I would also like to see expanded VA services available to those that have served in the Reserves and National Guard.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
No perfect answer here. We cannot be the police of the world, which could lead to abuses by the Military Industrial Complex. However, we should intervene where Genocide and Crimes against Humanity occur.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

I recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. I recognize (BDS) as anti-Semitic in nature that seeks to destroy Israel.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

We are created and born male or female. I think an exploratory committee should be formed to research the possibilities of environmental and/or chemical substances that could impact or effect a persons hormonal balances.

We have an enormous natural supply of natural gas, ie; Hainesville Shale in Louisiana which is clean.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

I denounce any abuse of power. If an officer is guilty of abuses, he/she should be held accountable.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Shall not be infringed...however, we do need background checks. We have a morality and gang problem that does need to be addressed.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Sue the person that committed the act of violence. Should we sue car dealerships and automotive manufactures when an individual uses it to cause harm to others? Use common sense.
