RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

I believe in choice. There are cases where an embryo has been determined to have critical health issues that parents may not be equipped to handle. I also believe that a women has the ultimate say over her body. This is not to say that I condone abortion as a form of birth control.
What role should the school serve in helping a student with an unwanted or crisis pregnancy?
I think that school employees that have the requisite educational training should assist the student with getting necessary medical assistance, in addition, to providing or seeking counseling services.
ECONOMY
Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.

For those who desire a post secondary education I think that majority of education cost should be the primary responsibility of our government similar to countries like Finland and Brazil. A educated society is a win-win for all.
What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?
I think that our government should be funding 100% public education from Pre-K through college. I do not believe in government funding for private, charter or home schools especially for those that are financially secure. Should our government funds these schools they should be required to operate within the same parameters and offer the same opportunities while being subjected to the same oversight.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
With regard to public schools, what does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Our public schools staff and students are made up of variety of denominations, faiths and non-faiths and therefore, I believe in the separation.
IMMIGRATION
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) enhances the safety and security of communities by identifying and detaining illegal aliens.

On numerous occasions, too many, have falsely detained US citizens without rhyme or reason therefore causing overall insecurity and many feeling less safe.
EDUCATION
Abortion and gender-affirming providers, including Planned Parenthood, should be a resource for instruction or services in the school.

I agree, but not for instruction but for services.
Consequences for bad behavior create a safe and orderly environment, which is essential for student learning.

School choice creates competition, and that competition will push public schools to improve their educational systems.

Biological males should be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

I think that there should sports offerings that allow both males and females to participate. Additionally, I think that public spaces should provide family bathrooms/spaces that allow anyone to use regardless of their orientation.

I am a Christian but I accept that everyone may not believe what I believe and I choose not to treat them any differently than those of my belief.
Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.

The only cases where I do not agree are parents or guardians that have been found to mentally or physically abuse their children.
I support the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., that people should be judged by the content of their character and not the color of their skin.

I 100% agree that people should be judged on their character and not their race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status or the disability.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

2ND AMENDMENT
Faculty who are licensed to carry and have had ongoing training should be allowed to carry guns at school in order to respond to an active shooter situation.

I firmly disagree. Loaded guns should not be allowed in public schools. One can never 100% say that they can stay calm in active shooter situation. Faculty carrying firearms could cause more chaos than necessary.
