When the Life of Mother is in jeopardy, Consideration for rape and Incest after the filing of Police Report
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Disagree
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Simplify and implement a flat tax rate. Eliminate Death / Estate Tax.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
An across the board reduction - Then a full review of all agencies and departments for scope, cost-effectiveness, options, consolidation, reduction, outsourcing or sunsetting of the mission. Implement a zero baseline for new budgets.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
No. College should be an option and paid for by the person making the choice. Taxpayers should not be forced to pay this cost.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
The Private Sector should have the freedom and right to conduct business in accordance with their moral and religious convictions. But without discrimination on race, age
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
Very limited. Under proven violations of Felonies and only after due process. Not on Mandates, Not on accusations.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C. Medicaid and Medicare should remain as available and viable options. All other Healthcare industry functions including insurance should be open to Free-market forces and provided by the Private Sector. The Privates Sector is more competitive, more responsive, more innovative and more effective in delivering quality services.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Only after extensive, multiple, independent, credible and open studies of the disease, the vaccine, the therapeutics, the vulnerabilities by age groups and health-conditions, the natural immunity and the adverse reactions are clearly explained and presented to students and parents. All information should be presented and debated and finally decided on by the Legislature with a vote and a bill. Even then, there should always be opt-out exemptions for religious, moral or medical concerns. Parents should have the final control over all Medical procedures regarding their children.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
The focus should be the protection of American Property and Americans. We should work with our Allies to coordinate and implement plans and technology within the restraints of all current laws to identify and apprehend Terrorists.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Like every other Country in the world - we need to secure, protect and defend all our borders with all means available (Including walls) to protect our citizens, our laws and our Sovereignty.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Those individuals who fully comply with our current laws, our timelines and background checks.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
I support School Choice. I think we should allow the educational funds to "follow the student" and not the school. This puts the power and control of Children's education directly into the hands of the Parents. This allows freedom of choice and a healthy competition among schools to provide a quality education.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Agree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
Christian, family-centric, Conservative, Free Market, Small-business, Private Sector, Dad and proud to be an American.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Photo-ID's are simple effective ways to prevent some potential fraud.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
The Voting process needs to be secure and all the citizens need to believe in the process and the outcome. I would propose the following changes: 1. Eliminate Mail-in Voting and all remote collection sites. 2. Outlaw "ballot-Harvesting". 3. Allow authorized observers from both parties to be present for the entire process. No part of the tabulating or counting should be secret. 4. No ballots should be accepted after Polls close. 5. Keep all voting records available for 10 years and allow for free, easy and objective audits. 6. Use Paper Ballots 7. All counting and results must be completed and reported on Election Night. 8. Enforce election laws timely and forcefully.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
NO. I believe there are, and always will be acts of racism and discrimination by race, religion, political affiliation and other differences by individuals. We have laws and the US, overall is a one of the most just and free Countries in the world. With Freedom, you will get individual abuses of freedom. But that is small price to pay for National Liberty and Freedom. The United States is a Beacon of Freedom, Liberty and opportunity. The Real threat to the US is to limit and undermine our Constitutional rights, Liberty and freedoms.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A. Environmental laws were originally enacted in good faith to protect the environment - and they worked. Our air, water and land are all cleaner because of these original laws. Unfortunately these laws have grown more complex, expensive, burdensome and onerous and are now choking off investment and development of our Industry.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
Government today is too large and cost too much to be responsive and effective. I would like to reduce the size and scope of our State Government. Additionally, I would like to allow parents more control and oversight of all medical, educational and developmental issues affecting their children.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
