QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Life of the Mother. Abortion and suicide are permanent choices made for a temporary action. Adoption is something everyone can live with, without life long regrets.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Follow the Constitution Article 1 section 8. Propose legislation to abolish the IRS. I am opposed to a flat-rate tax, national sales tax, and value added tax that are being proposed. The 16th Amendment does not allow for an un-apportioned direct tax. We need to replace it with a tariff based revenue system supplemented by excise taxes, this includes replacing income tax, payroll tax, and estate taxes. To the degree that tariffs on foreign products, and excises, are insufficient to cover the legitimate Constitutional costs of the federal government, we will offer an apportioned "state-rate tax" in which the responsibility for covering the cost of unmet obligations will be divided among the several states in accordance with their proportion of the total population of the United States.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
All un-constitutional agency's. Dept. of Education, Homeland Security,
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
The people are sovereign over the States. We hold these truths to be self evident, That all men are created equal. Governments are instituted to secure our rights not to infringe on them.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
none
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
D. except for those who are on Medicaid now. It needs to be faded out over time. Governments are instituted for one purpose to secure our rights to provide us things at are own expense.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
quit funding them with our weapons left in Afghanistan and buying their oil.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
These nations don't play nice together Israel is our ally and we should support them but not control them.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Disagree
If the Federal government will not do it's delegated duty to secure our boarder then the States need to take back that duty and secure them.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Those who want to be part of America and follow and support the Constitution. They need to be vetted and come according to immigration laws. We can't flood the country with immigrants it has to be done with wisdom.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Disagree
John Adams said our government was made for a moral and religious people and is inadequate for anyone else. Moral people don't need laws criminals do.
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
All men are created equal.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Strongly Disagree
The laws of nature and Natures God.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian and believe that we are created in God's image. We are to love God and our fellow brothers and sisters. If our elected leaders understood this they would not see what they could get away with, because they know that they ultimately answer to God who's all seeing eye is upon us. My model is God first then family and then republic. I had someone, who claimed to be atheist, ask me why I would include God in my political views. I asked him if he was and atheist,or Christian, or gay in a country like Iraq what would happen to him? He said he would be killed. I explained that because we are a Christian nation you can be anything you want Christian is not about force it is about liberty. I also explained that congress will pass over 1000 bills. He can't possibly keep up with all they do. It's nice to know that they believe in a higher power who expects them to do what is right for all mankind.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
vote in person with valid ID. Have each voting location represented with representatives from each candidate to verify the count. We had it figured out once maybe we should try success again.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
no but pushing agendas to divide us are.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A. Let the people dream and they will come up with a better mouse trap.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?

No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
Secure election integrity in our State. Eliminate State taxes by creating a Citizens State of Utah Bank. Stop social engineering our kids. Give them the facts, educate them in science, math, arts, language and arts. Let them learn to think on their own instead of teaching them what to think. Encourage parental invovlement.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
