QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not be a resource for instruction or services in the school.

Strongly Agree

This encroaches in on Parental autonomy, and jeopardizes the life of a child which the school has no responsibility for.

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

This is basic to the constitution as in the preamble, they are considered the posterity of the Founding fathers.

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

The taxpayers needs, and welfare must be considered and honored in all functions of government, especially regarding the school system and private property.

School districts should be able to use taxpayer money for lobbying the state legislature.

Strongly Disagree

The tax payers money should not be used either against them nor in interest in which they are not being regarded.

What is your position on government funding of public education from Pre-K through college?

Secular Education is brought by the state as secondary to other forms of education and is used to help keep the less fortunate citizens properly educated in areas of universal truth to help basic living skills and preparing a robust foundation for basic citizenship and a functioning society.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

At school, students should be able to speak freely and civilly about matters of conscience and faith, including Christianity.

Strongly Agree

Children should be educated on our national and state constitutions, and encouraged in harmony with their Bill of Rights.

School districts should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

The 7th amendment re-affirms common law and implies the truth of common sense philosophy. These basic assumptions should be recognized, if not endorsed.

Students should not be allowed to pray in school.

Strongly Disagree

Our constitution encourages religious liberty, even more than religious tolerance, in which this question implies the opposite (religious intolerance).

EDUCATION

What is the function of the local school board?

The Local School Board represents the local community to hold the local public schools accountable. It forms a vision or platform by which the superintendent and then principals can adjust the system.

Who should have the authority to set curriculum and determine resources used in those curricula?

While site based councils may offer suggestions. It is the School board that has elected authority to make final determination of curriculum. Parents should also be allowed a voice through their local PTA(or PTO) if there are concerns regarding curriculum and the school board should take such advice to heart.

When should parents be restricted from speaking in school board meetings?

If they are setting fire to the building, engaged in violence or refuse to address issues without profanity in public.

Please list in order the following priorities in relation to the role of a K-12 public school (omitting any that do not apply): Mathematics, Information Technology, Science, Political Activism, Personal Finances, Gender Identity, Physical Fitness, American History, Critical Race Theory, Language Arts, Art & Music, Vocational Learning, Sexuality, Foreign Language, Social Emotional Learning

Language Arts, Mathematics, Physical Science, American History, Constitution, Physical fitness, Vocational learning, Art & music, Personal finances.

American civics education should emphasize our nation's founding principles of liberty and equality.

Strongly Agree

Before students are taught courses such as Comprehensive Sex Ed (CSE) or Social Emotional Learning (SEL), they must opt-in with written parental permission.

Neutral

Sex education has been a recipe for broken homes. The goal was to alleviate the public ill of children out of wedlock and has failed. If it still exists, it should be required to have parents permission. Parents are responsible for teaching social skills, the government should not overtake the culture.

The loss of local control in education is too high a price to pay in exchange for federal dollars.

Strongly Agree

I support the teaching of curricula (such as the 1619 Project, No Place for Hate, Second Step, etc.) that emphasizes slavery and racism as the foundation of American history.

Strongly Disagree

This cherry picks history and creates an artificial morality in a system that threw morality out the window decades ago. This propaganda ruins people of every background.

Parents are the ultimate authority in their child’s education and should be able to freely pursue whatever educational options they deem best for their child.

Strongly Agree

This is the foundation of the American People without Families we are enslaved to the government and the attacks on our culture by the government that feeds off our taxes is a form of treason.

VALUES

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Baptist Pastor, I am Born again by the Holy Spirit of God. My theology is in accord with the fundamentals of the Christian faith. I believe in the inerrancy of scripture preserved in the textus receptus and Masoretic text available in the King James Version of the Holy Bible. I am also a creationist. Jesus is my Savior and hold onto Him for this life and eternity.

I support allowing public high school students to participate in athletic competition based on the gender with which they identify instead of biological sex.

Strongly Disagree

This is a disgrace and sexist against young women. Ignoring Physical differences allows young males to abuse young women while taking away their security and opportunities.

Who is responsible for teaching sexual education to children, and what is the appropriate age when it should be taught?

Parents. When the parents deem the time appropriate.

If you support the teaching of Sex Ed, please answer the following question: Sexual education should include these topics (list all that apply and add your own, if needed) -- Physical and emotional health outcomes; contraceptive methods; consent; abstinence; sexual orientation and gender identity; human anatomy/the reproductive system; abortion methods and side effects; stages of pregnancy and fetal development; sex acts and pleasures of sex

I don't. Sex is sacred. Teachers to not have the right to pimp, molest or brainwash students nor expose students to abusive quantities of pornography and teachers who promote such ideas along side those who engaging in sexual relationships with students in many cases should be prosecuted.

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality that is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

The government should not way in on our beliefs regarding God. Yet in terms of the very basic ethics of common sense, We have seen common law established through 6-700 previous years of case law in the common law tradition. Whether we see the conclusions of the roman lawyer Cicero or Jungian psychology the evidence reveals universal morals which happen to agree with the Christian morals. with out stepping into metaphysical dogma we have a basic sense of right and wrong.

No healthcare diagnosis or treatment, whether mental, reproductive, or otherwise, should be given to a child without first receiving written consent from the parent.

Strongly Agree

Our sovereignty regarding our physical body independent of the government is in accord to the 4th amendment.

No school official should be involved in the sexual transitioning of a student, including the use of alternative names and pronouns.

Strongly Agree

The school never has to pay the price of these decisions, therefore they are not responsible to make those decisions.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Disagree

There could be exceptions, such as multiple forms of identification, Yet photo I.D. is very available. As a former election officer, I testify that alternative I.D. to a drivers license is extremely rare. But if a community wants to make this restriction for security sake it would be wise, considering the lower standards of recent years.

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No. No.

A candidate's personal moral values should not be relevant when considering a candidacy for elective office.

Strongly Disagree

While mistakes of the past can be forgiven, if a candidate has no desire or accountability to morality, then there is no desire to do right by the constituents. Leadership of a community should be sacred.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I am a bit poor. So I just can't afford to be liar like many politicians. Nobody ever paid me off and if they did it would be obvious ;) So what I have that I keep is my freedom and the dreams of my forefathers.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

I have a history of activism for the cause of education. https://www.huffpost.com/entry/next-generation-science-standards_n_3672418?fbclid=IwAR1dOnpZlpIiyHMMLC8tsTv_u2_JoCtKSxrCXTOXSJ5UhcKsN5q1wbVQkpA I also was the host of KY Grassroots radio on blog talk radio where I interviewed over 500 political activist, leaders and experts. I also was a regular guest on TROTN through AFA. I have been active as an author focusing on matters of theology and philosophy so that I may articulate issues promoting the values of the simple "salt of the earth" families.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I am the homeboy: the only candidate born and raise in Jefferson County, Graduated k-12 in JCPS, the son of a JCPS retired school teacher. But not being a teacher nor a teachers union member, I am free to speak for the people without too much influence from the teachers union and an ear towards my community. The courier journal wrote an article on abuse I suffered. Yet I turn my HS years around to athletic and academic success. I have ministered to hundreds of young people in the district over the past 20yrs at all the various ages. I currently work as a tutor with the way of wisdom learning center. Getting experienced working with kids to get back on the academic track.

2ND AMENDMENT

Teachers who are licensed to carry should be allowed to carry guns at school.

Agree

in a growing dangerous environment, teachers deserve an opportunity to defend themselves and defend children.

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

Under what circumstances (if any) should schools be allowed to require vaccinations?

It would be persuasive to allow vaccines, but never to for them. Especially when we are dealing with experimental gene therapies instead of true vaccines. Also schools need to allow alternative therapies if they are to allow government endorsed methods. The government is not and should not be your doctor.

I support mask mandates.

Strongly Disagree

The masks can not stop Covid. if they can not stop Covid they have no argument to be forced upon children. All we know is that they can increase our bacteria, psychologically scar children and cause a stigma in the community. People can voluntarily mask up as much as they want. but public schools have no right to tyranny.
