QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Ask the woman, it is her body!
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Disagree
I believe in health care for all people paid via our taxes! Government has no business in our panties!
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Agree
Government has no business in our lives, unless we call upon it!
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Agree
Yes, I strongly agree: Religion is to be separate i.e. I support Separation of Church and State (Business). The Supreme Court of the United States judicated wrongly when it decided in favor of a business owner that refused on religious grounds to make a wedding cake for two men. The business was open to the public therefore the business owner could not refuse to make a wedding cake for two men!
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
Well, government closing churches would be unconstitutional! I think government has rightly gone after sex offenders within a "church", but it would be for the parishioners and church leaders like bishops, archbishops, popes to close a church.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
It is not the United States but the United Nations that should deal with the threats of terrorism that come in from outside the borders of a nation! After all, the United Nations troops are called peace keeping troops so they would be seen as operating for the good of all nations making World War III far, far, far less possible.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Agree
I am already on record as supporting the BDS movement. I support a peaceful intelligent diplomatic end to the needless violence!
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
I already wrote that I believe in health care for all people paid via our taxes. However, option A is closest to my thought on health care but WITH private healthcare options.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Government already requires vaccination for mumps, measle, rubella, and chicken pox! Government (schools) should be able to require vaccinations, however employers should not be able to require vaccination of current employees i.e. each individual has a right to his or her own body! An employer may set vaccination as term of new employment allowing the individual the choice to find other employment if he or she doesn't wish to comply with the terms of a new employer.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
We should get rid of loopholes, make taxes fair on everyone. For every dollar set a % tax for example one cent, one nickel, one dime...whatever it takes to run government. People that are financially poor should be an exception and thus should not have to pay taxes. Seniors that are age 70 years and older on a fixed income should no longer have to pay taxes especially a retirement tax and property tax on their primary residence. Oh, and stop bothering us every April 15th just accurately assess and keep the tax money.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I would get rid of pork barreling like Republican Joe Manchin's oil hostage deal to violate more public land for oil drilling.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Agree
I strongly agree in free education. I would open the flood gates to opportunity by making education free.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Disagree
Outside of increasing the number of border security officers there is truly no need to do more to physically secure the southern border. That is, there are ways to control immigration without more walls to the Land of the Free, seriously.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Mexicans, after all the United States started a war with Mexico to steal more land from more indigenous people!
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
Michigan has one of the worse educational systems in the United States. Change is needed. So, I would support school choice for parents: the money for a student's education to be attached to the student wherever he or she and their "parent(s)" decide to go to school with the exception of parochial schools because we have Separation of Church and State.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Disagree
Police officers must question bad departmental policy this is why they are unionized! If they don't and act accordingly to bad departmental policy, they must be held accountable. Police officer should be held to a higher standard than the public. Whistle blowers should be supported. We cannot have police officers standing down while another likely senior police officer does wrong! George Floyd case is an example.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Disagree
No. I disagree. I believe police officer training should include studies in medicine and sociology because some medical condition mimic drunkenness for example, and some sociological conditions require police officers to understand a better approach to a situation than brute force. Medical doctors and social workers should be used in advisory positions.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I would support a red flag law that prevents a person from gun ownership because he or she suffers from mental illness, the family would have to take the lead calling authorities.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Neutral
It depends on what the firearms dealers and manufacturers did or didn't do in accordance with the law.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
The general purpose of government is to establish laws to allow people to live together in a society that isn't stagnant but prosperous. ...to be there to help during and following natural disasters...
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Lean Liberal
I lean liberal, we are after all supposed to me free.
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
N.A.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I'm the first person (scientist) in the world to perform RNA Expression of 2-3 genes on the adult life span of an organism. I've discovered a human gene and played a part in the discovery and sequencing of at least one other human gene. My biochemistry work has been published 5 times in the fields of immunology, aging, and human eye disease. So, amongst Michigan gubernatorial candidates I'm uniquely qualified to end The Gretchen Whitmer COVID19 Pandemic; to end the COVID19 Pandemic! P.S. I also know how to make insulin! Finally, my legislative priorities are Women's Equality, LGBTQI(+);s Equality, Animal Rights, Ending Gretchen Whitmer dictatorship, Education, and the Economy.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Disagree
Laws that have Judeo-Christian values should never have been allowed to establish a framework of morality because of Separation of Church and State which was written to protect the church from the state. Besides our system of government is not limited as recently demonstrated by the United States Supreme Court ruling allowing each state government to possibly rape us of our bodies, grab us by our pussies!
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Agree
I strongly support the fight against wrongful discrimination. I strongly support the LGBTQI(+) Community fight for equality!
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Strongly Disagree
What part of Separation of Church and State don't you surveyors get! Not everyone is Christian! Not everyone is religious. This Government has no authority to impose religious beliefs upon us, but it does so and knowingly in violation of the United States Constitution.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Agree
Critical Race Theory is a new name for Institutionalize Racism (Theory). Everyone has to know that the U.S. Government put forth treaty after treaty with indigenous people to steal our land that is institutions like the Bureau of Indians Affairs was formed to rape, steal, and murder indigenous people for our land!
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I'm direct and honest.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Agree
Yes. I recently had a horrible time, in particular, to long, trying to get my driver license. That is, I did not have my new driver license before the Primary Election! And my voter's registration card still hasn't been mailed to me. Fortunately, I voted via absentee ballot.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I'm not an attorney. But I would make voting convenient, so any laws written to make voting more difficult I would possibly change!
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Is racism a threat to domestic security, do you mean that white supremist groups are going to overthrow the United States Government. No. Why? Because they do not have a large enough following willing to try to overthrow the U.S. Government and they do not have the arsenal to pull it off. Can they disrupt domestic security yes but so can truckers on the Ambassador Bridge which I support (I support truckers' right to protest). Threats are ongoing, so we should have national security.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Agree
Yes.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
B is closest to my view, I would definitely have environmental laws and regulations. But stricter environmental laws and regulations would depend on circumstances. Recently, the news reported that bees are endangered along with other pollinating insects due to use of fossil fuels and their byproducts(pollution). So, environmental laws and regulations to replace fossil fuel are needed and worth the cost. Besides fossil fuels will eventually run out and having environmental laws and regulations only go to delaying fossil fuel exhaustion. The green energy industry creates jobs, however, any person made unemployed from the fossil fuel industry must have a path to demand and secure (a government website, for example) a new job with equal or better conditions including pay.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Disagree
No. I strongly disagree. Ask yourself this: How many poisons used in fracking oil and natural gas will eventually leak into our water?
