QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
rape, incest, to save the mother and for the health of the mother, and before 20 weeks
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Disagree
Yet they do a lot of good for woman's health. They are helping to deliver healthy babies and assisting parents in planning their families.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Agree
Depending on the service, a cake can be bought in another store, but emergency medical service has to be delivered.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
Under emergencies such as an epidemic. When it would not be safe for people to get too close.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
not sure, it is not an easy question
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Disagree
The Jewish peoples deserve a safe place to live. It is their country, and I feel we do not have a voice in running it.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
B) Healthy people mean a healthy workforce. It helps everyone in the end. Though there needs to be a plan for people who do not want to be in the government plan.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
When it saves lives, even the Amish will take them when directed by the government.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Raise the tax on corporations making excess profits. It needs to be determined what is "excess profit."
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
How about the fire department reducing spending in the middle of the wildfire season? How about raising taxes?
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Agree
Public universities are not expensive private schools. Our state schools, vocational, community, and state deliver the best return for the public dollar.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Agree
What more can be done? Even a fence does not stop them.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
A legal channel must be open to allow immigrants to enter the country. The US population is going down.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Disagree
I went to private schools, but my family paid the hefty bill, not the government.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Disagree
People need to be responsible for their actions. However, if peace officer does the correct steps, they should have nothing to fear.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Neutral
While mental health and community programs need money, not sure if the police budget is the place to get it.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Pass a safety course and a mental health check.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Disagree
I am unsure about this as should automakers be sued if someone uses their vehicle to kill pedestrians?
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
The government does all the things that the private sector can not perform—educating the children and providing healthcare for those who need it. Build and repair the roads. National Defense. Doo all of the things for a happy nation
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Liberal
Religious liberty stops with the person, and they can not impose their values on others.
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
none
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
Never have I been arrested or gone to court for sexual assult.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
My priorities are to provide healthy drinking water to the people of my district. Better electric service to the people using Claremore Electric. Rehabilitation of Lakes Claremore and Oolagah by constructing sewer systems to improve water quality. Build over and underpasses of train tracts in the district. Think of all of the time wasted waiting on trains.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Disagree
We are a country that is secular not based on any religion. hat happens to the people that refuse to follow the "offical" religion of the country?
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Agree
They are small in number; what have they done to you?
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I have been saved by the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. I am a Christian and an Anglican.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Disagree
Voter ID issued by the state works as well. Add a photo to it, and it will be helpful for other id purposes.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Make it easier to vote with a voter ID or photo ID issued by the state.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
It places barriers between our people. It could allow a foreign power to use a group in a divide-and-conquer tactic.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
People still alive from race riots should be given reparations, though I believe the number for the Tulsa race riots is less than 10.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
B) I remember choking in Pittsburgh, Pennsyvanvinia, during the late 60s. There was no quality of life. Then there was the smog of Southern California. Less pollution means healthy bodies, lower health care costs, less absence from the workplace, and longer healthy lives.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Neutral
It needs to be carefully regulated
