Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Rape, Incest, and to save the Mother's life at a minimum.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Should be examined on a case by case basis.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Neutral

I am open to talking about circumstances where individual's who are dying and in extreme pain have choices.

No One should get off free (especially the wealthy) or be allowed to cheat period.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

I would have to study my choices first.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Neutral

I think we need highly educated Americans to compete in today's global economy. We should look at ALL options.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Neutral

In general, if you serve the public then serve the public. Don't discriminate.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

To legitimately save lives. I am a Christian and believe government should tread lightly here.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

B.) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

To legitimately save lives. Nothing less.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Everything within reason.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Choose not to answer

I believe that the US should support Israel while still allowing for Arab-Palestinian rights.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Neutral

I think we need a comprehensive immigration law and order security overhaul and should spend money exactly where it is most needed.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

I believe that those who are persecuted and risk death in their homelands deserve out consideration to immigrate here. That's what many of our ancestors did.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Neutral

I would want very specific details to answer this question. I absolutely believe that quality education for our children is crucial to our nation's future.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

Truth, honesty and rule of law are critical to democracy.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

I believe in Freedom!, as ling as you are not hurting someone else.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Choose not to answer

I tend to agree with this but feel that the LGBT community has rights too.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Disagree

History should be truthfully reported and shared so that we DO NOT make the same mistakes over and over again.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. I believe in God and his Son. I love my home state of Montana and time spent outdoors here is spiritually uplifting.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Neutral

Only if their identity has been proven in some other way. We must have secure elections but NOT go overboard and prevent legitimate voters form voting.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Any that are proven to be wrong and dangerous as they stand. BUT, I firmly believe in the concept that "If it ain't broken, Don't fix it!"

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes, if racists hurt or kill people, that is a huge security problem and is against the laws of our great nation.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Neutral

This needs to be dealt with on a case by case basis.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

This is not just an A or B question. We HAVE to protect our planet. Its the only one we have, but people also need work so we have to balance the two.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

We must keep our energy security whilst still protecting our clean water. Tread wisely.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Disagree

We ALL have to be responsible for our actions on the job to some extent, NOT JUST Cops.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

Let's fund BOTH!

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

That is something we ALL need to decide. Although, I absolutely support our right to own guns. We need gun laws to keep guns out of criminal hands. We don't need to sell guns to kids as one clear example.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Neutral

Case by case issue.
