QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
To defend the life of the mother.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree

ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
No taxation without representation! As true today as the day it was first exclaimed. The further away a government is from the people, the less representative it is. Unelected federal bureaucracies have no right to tax the individual. The 16th amendment and the Federal Reserve Act (inspired by the Aldrich Plan) were trespasses against our natural unalienable rights. They created an unrepresentative system where taxes are handed down by unelected career bureaucrats, and where most of the board of directors of the Federal Reserve banks are elected by private banks, not by the people or their representatives. The 10th amendment capped the power of government by explicitly stating all powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. The 16th amendment was not written for the good of the people; it was written by and for powerful tyrants. In my opinion, the only form of government that should have the ability to tax an individual is the local government. If the state behaves and represents the interests of the local governments, the local governments can choose to support the state by contributing taxes. Likewise, the federal government can negotiate with the states for funding. This will ensure that the larger governments will represent the interests of the smaller divisions of government down to the individual people they are sworn to serve. As Thomas Jefferson said, "...to compel a man to furnish contributions of money for the propagation of opinions which he disbelieves and abhors, is sinful and tyrannical..." This tyranny can be minimized by giving the counties and cities the sole power to tax. The people can effect change much easier at the local level than at the state or federal levels.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
The primary government engaging in insane and incompetent spending and money printing is the federal government. There is a reason the founders did not grant the federal government the authority to levy income taxes on the individual citizens of the United States. It's because they knew government is highly dangerous and would use the power it harvests from the people to impoverish and conquer them. The states have a duty to protect the people, they should immediately stop allowing the federal government to harass and tax the people. Think of the moral implications of a people losing control over their government. The out-of-control government will use the power it harvests from the people to fool them and commit atrocities in their name.
iVoterGuide Notes:
Candidate notified iVoterGuide.com that his answer should have included, " Arkansas currently has a budget surplus. They have successfully stolen and are holding over $1.628 billion of the People’s money. I think one way to reduce state spending and tyranny is by preventing the state from taxing the people directly. It can work with the counties and cities after thorough deliberation with the most important elected representatives, the local ones." Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Disagree
Non-local taxpayer-funded education has dramatically inflated the cost of education while significantly reducing the quality. However, if a local community would like to organize such a system and/or cooperate with other communities; they shouldn't be barred from doing so.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
Individuals and businesses are free to operate however they want with respect to unalienable rights.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
An unalienable right is not granted by man or the government. The government, therefore, has no lawful jurisdiction to close a church as long as it is not violating the unalienable rights of others.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
B: I know abolishing the current system would wreak havoc on our society. It has already done massive amounts of damage to our society by artificially inflating the costs of healthcare, and by warping our healthcare system's priorities, but many have come to depend on it. It should be allowed to freely compete in the open market. Having a volunteer (free of charge) system in place would force the priorities toward healing people and not harvesting them or their insurance for maximum profit. This could be maintained by churches and medical professionals willing to donate their time and money to help those in need.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None
iVoterGuide Notes:
Candidate notified iVoterGuide.com that his answer should have included, " Also, the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 is a stain on our society. It shields the pharmaceutical companies from liability from injuries their vaccines have caused over the years; in other words, it “Provides that no vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death” (H.R.5546, Subtitle 2, Part B). It also caps damages at $250,000 per “approved” injury, and we the taxpayers pay for it. If you want a company to make a safe and effective product, you shouldn’t shield them from liability. By doing that, you are encouraging them to make dangerous products. If you study the issue, you’ll find that many pharmaceutical companies have committed many unspeakable atrocities over the years. These are not the kind of companies you want to give a free pass when it comes to public health and especially the health of our children." NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
The United States should cease involving itself in entangling alliances and meddling in the affairs of foreign powers. The United States should, however, uphold its immigration laws and defend its borders.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Neutral
How is this any of our business? People have a duty to resist tyrants and establish lawful government where they are as our ancestors did when they fought and won against the British Empire.
iVoterGuide Notes:
Candidate notified iVoterGUide.com that his answer should have included, " We should be more concerned about our own borders. These foreigners should be taught about our great Founders, the principles of individual sovereignty, lawful government, and the importance of fighting against tyranny where you are at. If you live under a government that is tyrannical, you shouldn’t run from it. You owe it to yourself, your ancestors, children, and the rest of the world to fight, overthrow, and install lawful government by, for, and of the people." IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Mexico is fighting a vicious war with drug cartels and has been for a long time. That is the last place we want our borders open. If the federal government will not protect the borders, the responsibility falls on the states.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
People who are willing to follow our laws and fight for the principles of individual sovereignty and unalienable rights our great country was founded upon.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Agree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Agree
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Neutral
Government should, largely, be uninvolved in marriage.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am devoted to the supreme G-D of existence through Jesus Christ.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Disagree
Voting must be secure. It is a major target for tyrants to seize control over our system. Each county has a sacred duty to zealously guard the integrity of the vote in its jurisdiction.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
No unnotarized mail-in ballots. A person must prove they are who they are.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
People like George Soros who stoke the flames of racial division are a threat to domestic security.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A: Manmade CO2-based climate change is a fraud. The more CO2 there is in the atmosphere the faster and stronger plants grow, producing more O2 for us to breathe, and it pales in comparison to the main cause of climate change. What is the main cause of climate change? The sun obviously. It has many cycles within cycles including a 12k year cycle that appears to result in a solar micro-nova when the sun crosses the Milky Way galactic current sheet. If this happens in our lifetime, some of us will survive as we have during the past cycles, but that is what we should be studying and preparing for. There is nothing to fear but fear itself. It is the mark of a fool, a coward, and a traitor to trade liberty for security.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Neutral
The decision should be left to the people in the jurisdiction in which the fracking is taking place. If another jurisdiction can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the fracking is negatively impacting them then they have a case that can be made in court.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
The purpose of government is twofold. First, government exists to uphold and defend our unalienable rights. Second, government exists to defend us from foreign invaders. Government is our servant.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Moderate
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=142126778502434
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I believe we should self-govern with respect to unconditional unalienable rights that are inherent to our existence as humans. The purpose of government is twofold. First, government exists to uphold and defend our unalienable rights. Second, government exists to defend us from foreign invaders. Government is instituted by us as our servant. I will uphold our unalienable rights above all else. I believe the best way to do this is through a redundant system of checks and balances starting at the local level. Lawful government is by, for, and of the people. Since local government is most representative of and easiest to be affected by the people in its jurisdiction, it should have the most power with respect to jurisdiction. Centralized government (power) is tyranny; a few levers of power are hardly enough to represent the true interests of the people at large. Worst still, the less levers of power there are, the easier it is for someone or some group to hijack the system from We the People. Power and sovereignty should rest with each individual person in each county and city. The states exist to ensure that the unalienable rights of the people in each county and city within their jurisdiction are being upheld, and they should defend the people from foreign invaders. Likewise, the federal government is tasked with the same duty but overseeing the states. As your senator, I will carry your voice into government and will defend your voice from government.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Neutral
If a police officer violates the unalienable rights of a fellow citizen, they have committed a crime and have broken their oath. Consequences should be rendered accordingly after due process.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Neutral
This should be up to the people who live in the jurisdiction where the department operates.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The right to gun ownership is unalienable. No restrictions placed on the right are lawful. Democide is currently and historically the greatest murderer of human beings.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
The person responsible for an act of gun violence is the person who pulled the trigger unlawfully.
