I believe everything should be done in order and with respect, even when a person is passionate about their beliefs. As stated earlier, public participation and care should be adhered to during board meetings, and there should be no personal attacks upon any individuals.

The curriculum selected should be based on the alignment of the North Carolina Standard Course of Study. Also, parents are important stakeholders and should be engaged in their child's learning.
