State and Federal governments should be providing funds for public education. Our children are our future leaders, caregivers, community members. We need to invest in our education from the Federal government all the way to look municipalities.

never, that is the best opportunity when parents would be able to voice their concerns. If the parent, teacher or community member, begins to become belligerent then I feel its absolutely acceptable to be removed and restricted.

I don't feel that these can be listed in order of priorities. All of these things make up a whole child. All of these topics are equally as important. They all go to different aspect of a well rounded citizens. A child should know how to add as well as how to understand and process emotion. I don't feel that you can rank these as one is not more or less important than the other.
