RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Abortion should be allowed and accessible to anyone, regardless of age, for any reason up to the end of the first trimester. After the first trimester, abortion should be allowed and accessible for any medical reason, for victims of rape or incest, or anyone under the age of 18.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Disagree
All medical clinics should be equally allowed to receive funding from government entities, no matter the treatments or type of care given.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Agree
Active Euthanasia was a main focus of my research in graduate school. I am a strong supporter of existing “Death with Dignity” laws and would be supportive of similar legislation in my state of Georgia.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
I agree that the ultra wealthy should be taxed in proportion with the rest of the country. Not only is it the moral choice, but it would be economically beneficial to the nation as well.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I would reduce military spending. We need to prioritize spending on education, healthcare and infrastructure inside the US before anything else. While some spending is necessary, our budget should reflect the value American citizens put on investments such as public education or quality healthcare.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Agree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Disagree
However, I agree that all medical workers and emergency response, and law enforcement should be required to preform their job duties to their fullest capabilities regardless of religious or political views.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
The government should be able to close a church if the church or it’s leaders act in an unlawful manner or if religious practices are deemed to be physically dangerous or harmful to the congregation and/or community.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
All medical personnel should be required to be vaccinated, as well as children who attend public school.
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Did not answer
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
