QUESTIONNAIRE*
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I am a Pro Life supporter. I would make an exception for rape victims, incest, or if the life of the mother was in real danger.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Disagree
I do not believe in assisted suicide.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Rape, Incest, Life of the mother in real danger.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Strongly Disagree
This is a communist position. I believe that everyone in America has great opportunity and that taking from someone is just not right. We already have a social safety net for the poor and needy. It is not the role of government to redistribute private wealth.
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Strongly Agree
Our government is bankrupting it's people. The national debt is 31 trillion dollars and climbing fast. Every taxpayers share is $245,000.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Lower tax personal income tax rates across the board and lower capital gains tax rates.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Agree
All people of faith should be allowed to worship as they see fit - without discrimination. Reasonable accommodations for prayer should be allowed as log as it is not disruptive to other peoples rights and freedoms.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
This is not what a free society is.
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
Some reasonable separation makes sense. This is not an absolute. America was founded as a Christian nation. It is not necessary to remove all religious references in our society. We should and do tolerate others beliefs for the most part.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
Under NO "emergency" circumstances should government vaccinations be mandated.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
C
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
C
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
The CCP is the biggest external threat to America. They are not to be trusted in any way shape or form.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Infiltrate and eradicate all verified/confirmed threats to America where possible.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Of course. America is under a deliberate invasion of foreigner's. There are child trafficker's, drug runners, and potential terrorist coming to into our country by the millions. All of these examples are national security threats. A country without borders is not a country for long. This is a direct violation of the Presidents oath of office and the Untied States Constitution.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Agree
There may be a few exceptions. This is a very broad supposition.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Our present legal system allows over 1.1 million LEGAL immigrants per year. This is the worlds highest total. We need to eliminate birthright citizenship, chain migration, and the Visa lottery system.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Disagree
Sexual orientation is up to each individual and these citizens should have the same legal protection as every other American. Gay people are different, but not special. Despite arguments to the contrary, there remains only two genders. Male and Female.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Total BS and should not be taught in government (public) school systems. We have plenty of problems in America without teaching our youth that they are somehow victims.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in Jesus Christ. I also believe in religious freedom and the right not to believe.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
You need a photo ID to do just about everything in America. I have yet to meet anyone that cannot or has not had the ability and opportunity to aquire a legal phot ID. This is 2022 not 1952.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I would support a National Holiday for Presidential and Mid-Term elections. I would not allow wide spread absentee voting unless it was for active duty military or a person with a verified disability. I would ban early voting as well. I would support both term and age limits for members of congress. I would go back to paper ballots and eliminate machine based tabulation and reporting.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
If you want to improve race relations quit making everything about race. I have never owned a slave and neither has anyone currently living in America at this time.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Only if our enemies are successful in starting a needless race war.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Agree
In appropriate areas of natural resources. I think we can do this with reasonable protections to the environment.
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
Answer A is true but how does one define too many jobs? Answer B depends on whos job we are talking about.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
Please, you are asking my opinion.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
Never
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I strongly support term limits for all members of congress including myself if elected. Senators should serve two six year terms maximum. House members terms should be extended to four years and have a maximum of three terms. No member of congress should serve more than 12 years in either chamber. I also would not allow reelection after age 75.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Disagree
I don't believe in blanket immunity while on duty or not.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
Crime is out of control in America. Mental health is important but not by taking resources from law enforcement. Most of Americas largest cites are not safe for family activities.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None - other than current laws. Lawful gun owner are very responsible for gun crimes. Felons that have not served their sentence or are on probation should have guns.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
For what? A weapon is an inanimate object. Should fat people be able to sue fast food restaurants and refrigerator manufacturers? We have a criminal justice system in America. Let's stick with punishing the criminal themselves and providing tough sentences.
