QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Did not answer
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.
Choose not to answer
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
No private company or other such organizations should never receive tax payers money.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Neutral
It is my belief any person who wishes to die with dignity will do so regardless and if it can be done safe and without pain, I find no reason for a government to stand in said persons way. However Canada has been a perfect example how how not to do it.
ECONOMY
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
What is your position on the minimum wage?
A true minimum wage is just the amount a person is willing to work for in any market sector. Government minimum wage laws tend to hurt workers and small businesses more than help by ending competitive bargaining and benefiting big business.
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
No
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
None, full stop. A persons right to practice or not to practice a faith is a human right.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded. Much like with education government involvement in this sector has inflated the price of basic care far beyond fair market value.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None for any public entities. Private entities could mandate most anything on it's property, however the use of state force to force private entities to mandate or by the entities is completely wrong. After that it all comes down to the negotiations.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Agree
Though the CCP is a threat we do not beat China by becoming China. We can only beat such threats by being what we have forgotten how to be. A nation of free peoples.
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
No. As Jefferson said "peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none."
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Agree
All borders should be secure from attack and able to efficiently process any passage of goods and people.
EDUCATION
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.
Agree
I agree and go a step farther in saying that the money should just remain at home. I also call for the elimination of state and federal taxes for education and closing of the department of education that has rammed the system into the ground. This would return education to the communities, parents, students it was meant to serve.
VALUES
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.
Strongly Agree
Parents should have the right to make decisions for their minor children.
Strongly Agree
Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe every person on this planet is born with, but limited to the rights of Life, Liberty, and Property. I believe that governments are at the best of times a necessary evil and any other time an intolerable one. Following sound Austrian economic theory for free market action and viewing the individual as the smallest minority to protect, I view a persons right to say, buy or sell, adhere to or not to a religion, or engage in contracts as some of the highest to protect.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Agree
We are all issued a voter registration card, requiring more is pointless and a waste of time and money.
States should join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which makes the Electoral College irrelevant.
Strongly Disagree
Though it's best to reduce government's power to a point it would no longer matter who held that power. Until then I believe it is best to keep the Electoral College but for all states to follow the District Method
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Did not answer
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Agree
In the matter of sports it should be up to the women if they wish to allow a biological male to compete with them and no state apparatus allowed to punish the women if they do not.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? (Select all that apply) A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost. C) Stricter environmental laws undermine U.S. energy independence and deter development of reliable electricity sources. D) Climate change is real and requires urgent policy action.
C. Government has proven itself completely inept at combating climate change with wasteful and backwards programs and spending bills. Advancements in climate and geoengineering tech will come form the private sector.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Nuclear
ABOUT YOU
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
Protect individual rights, or get out of the way.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Moderate
I am a philosophical Libertarian. I am neither conservative or liberal in the modern since of the words, as nether truthfully believe in liberty for the individual anymore.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.
Neutral
Many police departments no longer protect and serve the communities who pay them and due to qualified immunity this will not likely change. I would support any community program that works and brings more autonomy.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None, the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. Any person free of prison should have the right to buy, sell, and own any weapon or attachment with the only restriction being the ability to afford it.
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
Yes
With the approval of the parents.
