OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

when a pregnant woman decides she wants one.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

hey im all about legalizing abortion but im pretty sure i remember enough 5th grade biology to know that there are 2 people involved in the creation of a fetus so ya got 2 people to pay for it, if you want call me and ill buy you a box of contraceptives and i support the government assisting with birth control but if you are stupid enough not to use it then pay for your own abortion.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Agree

nobody should be forced to live in pain if they don't want to. suicide/end of life is a personal decision and i cant see how any government idiot thought it was any of their business in the first f***ing place. Suicide is NOT homicide no matter who is involved. If the investigation finds that it was the death was initiated by the dead dude (cant call him a victim) then its a suicide regardless of whether or not he had help.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

throw it away and start from scratch, oh and legalize marijuana and tax it.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

most government spending seems non-essential. why don't we just go through the budget with some common sense and say "do we really need to spend 5 million dollars to ensure all the cups we use for coffee have the word hot on them 5 times cuz some dumbass didn't know coffee was hot?

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Agree

you know what I'm gonna partly agree with this. i think if the state is funding a school in any way that any taxpayer should be given the opportunity to apply and if accepted have their education paid but only at state funded schools or technical training institutes.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

a business is a privately owned entity if the business does not provide what you want then CHOOSE another business. this is the basis of free trade. i mean really do you think anyone has the right to force a kosher butcher shop to carry pork or shrimp?

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

I think separation of church and state should prevent the government from being involved in any church matter. however, we have failed miserably to follow this simple rule, lets get back to it and get the church out of the government and get the government out of church.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

that's a national issue and i am running for state house. Honestly i think what we have is working pretty well for the most part (except that i have to get a letter each year from the VA telling me that my VA healthcare is considered credible coverage and i won't be penalized for blah blah blah what the f*** PENALIZED for not having health insurance who's f***ing brilliant idea was it to Penalize people for not having healthcare. BTW if you ever want to know what option A looks like just talk to a disabled vet about the pros and cons of VA healthcare its great if you want to be tested for everything on the planet just dont expect that to happen quickly

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None. im still pissed about that damned anthrax series and for having to take Mefloquine (malaria pills) in the desert

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

realize that any act of terrorism is a capital crime/ACT OF WAR and enforce the death penalty for such crimes, no convicted terrorist should be given a second attempt.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

this is not something we should be involved in, let them work it out themselves or let the UN handle it

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

it is a crime in every country in the world that i know of to cross a national border into that country without permission, how about we remember that and prosecute accordingly.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

anyone not specifically prevented from doing so (terrorists, convicted felons, serial killers, child molesters etc...) should be able to apply for citizenship. The problem is the process is outdated and unrealistic, so we really need to make it attainable, so people have the opportunity to legally immigrate to the US.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Agree

i support a parents choice to enroll their child in any school that is available to the child, not gonna help em pay for it, but i support their decision

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Disagree

One of the very first acts of the government of the US was to separate church and state. you have freedom of religion guaranteed by the first amendment. I think there is a basic human framework of morality that we all attempt to lead our lives by, for most it is Judeo-Christian but not all and while religion is important it has no place in the laws of this country.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Agree

we have this whole list of things you cant discriminate against no reason not to add more. better yet how about we just as individuals make a better effort not to discriminate and to simply choose the best fit for whatever you are looking for.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Disagree

again separation of church and state, want a church wedding play by the rules of that church, or find a new church; otherwise you can get married by a number of govt entities who will choose whether or not to marry you based upon the laws of the state your in. if all else fails you can go to vegas and get married by Elvis.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

i have to say i just looked it up on wikipedia and other than to say its a big pile of horse s*** i have absolutely nothing else to say on this idiocy.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am proudly pagan, the oldest religion in the world, we worship god in our own way and believe strongly in nature. the biggest difference in me and traditional christians is in my acceptance of death as serving a further purpose by feeding the planet. we all cause death every day simply by eating, if your diet has any natural foods in it then that food element was once alive and died to support you, sorry vegans even the grass on my front yard was alive before i cut it but ill be happy to give you all the trimmings you want.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

if you are found almost anywhere in this country you can be charged with Vagrancy, a Govt issued ID is not hard to get and if you would like to exercise your right to vote please get one as it is a very simple way to ensure you have the right to vote. to boil it down to simplicity Photo ID is about the easiest proof of identification you can have so if you arent willing to take that little step then f*** off.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

everyone who is a lawful resident of the US over 16 should be able to vote in any election that applies to their place of residence.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No, racism is just a stupid idea that's time has gone and just needs to be left alone to die a natural death

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

again racism is old crap that we as a people have known is wrong for hundreds of years eventually it will just die on its own.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

Neither, as a pagan i believe that not only we as humans have free will the earth itself has free will as well. lets look at recent events, the earth was too crowded with people and Covid. if you take a closer look at all natural disasters, they are simply the earth responding to our reckless attempts to force nature into what we want.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Disagree

even my dumb ass knows this is not a good idea. think people quit being stupid on purpose. this is really a case of lets take the directions off the toothpaste and shampoo and let nature sort it out.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

to provide laws and services needed by the voters that government serves. no more no less. unfortunately, we have become too dependent on the government and its control over our lives.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Moderate

this is a completely skewed question as it pertains only to republicans and democrats. Libertarians will always fall in the middle because the issues they most want change in is Freedom lovers versus Authoritarians.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

call me and ask, you can have it directly from the horses mouth.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

of course not

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

i want to get rid of old antiquated laws before we even think about making more. I want to get Marijuana moved from DEA to FDA by now everybody knows its medicinal benefits. I make only 1 campaign promise, if elected on my first meeting with the entire house i will propose that everyone reach back and pull their head out of their ass. I just want to tell my fellow lawmakers that some of the S*** in this survey isnt even worth making exceptions just let nature take its course. there will aways be someone out there stupid enough to get burned by coffee simply because coffee is hot, thats just a life lesson no need to give the idiot millions of dollars.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

if Police are acting within department guidelines, they should not face prosecution for doing what they were taught was correct. that does not mean the guidelines do not need changing or that if the officer is found to be outside said guidelines he should be immune from prosecution either.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

maybe instead of taking funds from the police we can take it from say i dont know foreign aid? wouldn't that make more sense. better yet take twice as much and give half to the police department for training in how to assist those with mental health problems

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

yeah, see thats really simple, strict enforcement of felon in possession works. i remember project exile in Richmond, VA. basically if a felon was found in possession of a firearm, it was immediately prosecuted and a ten year sentence was given. then the state could take their time with any additional charges cuz bad guy was already in jail. there are literally zero restrictions on legal gun ownership that would ensure public safety, in fact just the opposite, Since i currently hold a concealed handgun permit and have constitutional carry when you find me out and about i am generally carrying a handgun which i have never had to use, but the simple fact that i have it ensures public safety as the fact that i am armed could quite possibly prevent others from getting shop by someone using a firearm illegally as i would most likely shoot said criminal in the head thus preventing further gun violence.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

what a total crock of s***. that would be like you suing dodge because I ran over you with my jeep. gun manufacturers are making a product that is LEGAL UNDER THE SECOND AMENDMANT OF THE CONSTITUTION.
