QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Neutral

I am ok with the other services offered such as education and health care, however abortion as a form of birth control is not in my opinion a good thing.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Disagree

I do not believe suicide is the answer nor do I believe assistances except for extreme cases.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

rape, incest, probable death of baby/mom, probable low quality of life for the child

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Disagree

while the average American should not have to worry about if they can afford to eat 3 meals a day wealth redistribution historically goes in hand with communism and our government should never have that level of power.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

our infrastructure crumbles as we send billions to aid the less fortunate abroad and while heartbreaking we need to get our affairs in order before we worry about the rest of the world. the VA often is under equipped yet we leave behind enough military equipment to turn the Taliban into one of the most well equipped militaries in the world.

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

taxes should be changed to reflect the history and traditions that this nation was founded upon

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Neutral

this is not one of the complaints any citizen i have spoken with has brought up however there should be no infringement on any constitutional right.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

this is a land based upon freedoms requirements of this nature go against freedom just because it hurts your feelings doesn't mean we should change the law.

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

complete separation in regards to legislation and decision making

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

none short of an apocalyptic level virus or zombies.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

b. I believe in life saving care being administered regardless of ability to pay or having the tax payer foot the bill as long as citizenship is proven however free healthcare for all would be scary i use the va for my healthcare they are terrible our government has too much bloat to implement universal healthcare but if I can't get the taxes reduced I'd rather have programs that actually help the people like universal healthcare but only for citizens.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

b however it should be extremely limited. We should focus on ourselves domestically. Once our infrastructure is secure and we don't have Americans dying of exposure we can worry about the world

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Neutral

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

Tik tok is banned on dod installations for a reason

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

domestically provide proper border security. internationally i am not a counter terror expert however I do believe in military solutions as well as intelligence operations would go a long way

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

we shouldn't have people illegally entering America terrorists could literally walk in and carry out attacks

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

These individuals are often taken advantage of furthering the human trafficking epidemic we find ourselves in. They had the opportunity to seek legal asylum they chose otherwise and as such should be treated as criminals.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

anyone who goes through the proper channels and is not a criminal

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Neutral

It is my belief that anyone should be able to do whatever they want as long as it doesn't harm others nor force their beliefs on others.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Disagree

individuals can be racist however i don't believe that the government is racist.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. I feel our government has gotten a little out of hand. I would like to continue my service to this nation. the constitution is very important to me and I find it unacceptable how often politicians attempt to remove our rights. i believe healthcare should be affordable to the American working a Minimum wage job. i feel we underpay the true heroes of society the first responders. that being said police brutality has gotten so out of hand its pathetic and disgraceful. i believe the government should be held accountable i live my life with honor and integrity and feel the government should be more transparent

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

only citizens vote we need proof of citizenship to maintain integrity

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

you should have to provide id to vote

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Disagree

nobody involved in those actions is alive today or wont be for much longer let their ignorant beliefs die with them.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

from what i can see at my local/state level no however i haven't been out of the south since my time in the service.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

while i do believe we should shift towards green energy its simply not economically viable to do so at this time I've also been on the wait list for solar panels for months

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

we only have the one planet the economy should be prioritized however only if the better option is viable these changes would take time 10 to 20 years at a minimum as most people cant afford to just swap over unlike the government we cant print more money.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I don't like big government nor government overreach.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

the constitution

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

no

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

the bill of rights will no longer be infringed upon

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Disagree

police officers should be held accountable for their unprofessional behavior. as well as should be held to a much higher standard.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

most police forces have been militarized with this increase in equipment come a required increase in training we cant continue to supply military arms and equipment and then cut funding.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

to quote Benjamin Franklin "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." I would work towards removing restrictions currently in place so that our laws align with what the founders had in mind in regards to individual rights.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

should car crash victims be allowed to sue? what about vaccination recipient's who develop complications?
