OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Disagree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

It is not the duty of the Government to interfere in choices between patients and doctors. As a starting point cases of rape, incest, Ectopic Pregnancies, and mothers life are common sense Banning Abortions will not prevent abortions, it will only prevent safe abortions, and the additional adoption and financial resources available at clinics have the best opportunity of being used by keeping them open. I am Pro Life personally, but Pro Choice legislatively.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Disagree

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

No federal income tax for any single taxpayer making $25,000 or family making $50,000 or less, or any taxpayer or family making less than state-calculated poverty level wages. Elimination of estate (inheritance/death) taxes. elimination on capital gains taxes. Elimination of sales tax on meat, dairy and produce. Elimination of the sales tax on firearms. No federal income taxes on minors under 18. No federal income taxes on active-duty military personnel.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Neutral

The only duty of Government respecting religion is to prevent people from being discriminated against by the Government for their religion.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

No one is ever entitled to the service of anyone else.

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

One of the purposes of the State is to provide religious freedom for the people that exist within it.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Government's and Schools being publicy funded should not be able to force compliance with vaccines because individuals have a right to those services. Since individuals do not have a right to work at a private business, therefore employers ought to be able to set their own health standards as employment is voluntary.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

Allow Medicaid and Medicare to exist and allow a cost effective Public Option for gainfully employed and disabled lowest income earners in our economy. But allow people to keep their Private Healthcare Plans.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

The only time the United States should be involved in foreign conflict is when we are threatened directly or one of our allies is threatened directly.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Neutral

It is not the place of the United States to interfere with foreign policy that does not effect us completely.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

We should only eradicate terrorist organizations that threaten the United States. When threatened we should eliminate hastily and by any means necessary.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Agree

A strong border will help prevent human rights abuses that come with the already dangerous practice of illegal immigration.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Anyone without a criminal background who wishes to contribute to society.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Agree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Neutral

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Treat others how you want to be treated.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Agree

Not everyone has access to photo ID. But other steps to ensure voter validity should be taken.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Making Election Day a Two Day Federal Holiday and making Mail In Voting approval based.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Disagree

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes. Different radical groups try to use the division created by political and social elites to drive a wedge between the people. It is not enough to simply not be racist, we must be actively anti racist.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

Neither. We need to protect the environment, and we need to collect resources for our economy. We do not need to sacrifice one for the other.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Choose not to answer

I am socially and economically Libertarian, and believe that I'm so conservative I am sometimes perceived as liberal because my commitment to individual liberty and the Constitution does not carry personal bias.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Did not answer

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

Term Limits Decriminalization of Cannabis Cutting Federal Spending Cutting Unnecessary Federal Entities Equality for All 2nd Amendment Rights Property Rights Native American Res. Sovereignty

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Disagree

No one should ever be implicitly immune from wrongdoing.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Neutral

Law Enforcement Budgets are equally as important as mental health and community programs and one does not need sacrificed for the other to succeed.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. The public is in greater danger from their government by being unarmed. The threat of a Tyrannical Government is more dangerous than conventional gun threats. There will always be a certain measure of danger that comes with gun rights, but without gun rights we might not have any rights.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

We don't sue car manufacturers for people who use cars illegally and dangerously. When an adult commits a crime, only the criminal is responsible. When a minor commits a crime, the parents can also be held responsible under certain circumstances.
