OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

1. Free enterprise and the right to private property turn mankind's natural self interest into the fairest and most productive economic system there is, and are the key to national prosperity.

2. It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has health care and a livable income.

Neutral

15. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

Power abuses. Absolute power abuses absolutely. Congress is to make laws. The executive branch is to execute the law. The court system is to interpret the law and make judgement of those breaking laws.

16. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.

(1) Marriage should only be between a man and a woman. There are a select few that are imposing their lifestyle on courts, judges, and finally to the general public through the school systems. Businesses in states with same sex marriage are sued if they do not service these same sex marriages, disallowing business owners to practice their conservative religious principals. (2) We need to defeat 'Every Child Deserves a Family Act.' I founded 'Saint Damien Advocates' to defeat this federal bill that would ban any and all religious foster care or adoption non-profit agencies that choose to not place children with homosexuals. This bill would ban all Catholic Charities in the USA, as has happened in Illinois, District of Columbia, and Massachusetts.

17. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

If there is rape or incest, then those are the extenuating circumstances.

18. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Constitution, Voters, Supreme Court, Congress

19. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Roman Catholic who believes in Judaism being the father religion of all Christians.
