Government funds should be prohibited from providing abortion services; however, it's still subsidizing abortions by subsidizing the person. Planned Parenthood provides available services to folks who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford the services. For example, Planned Parenthood helps folks plan for parenthood as well as provides STD testing, cancer screenings and prevention, etc

If a state wants to subsidize education through college completely, so be it, and if a city wants to subsidize its community completely.
